由文化和旅游部、北京市政府主办，文化和旅游部艺术司、北京市文化和旅游局承办的第九届中国京剧艺术节，9月21日在北京国家大剧院拉开帷幕。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长，国家文物局局长李群出席并宣布开幕，北京市副市长王红致辞。

The 9th China Peking Opera Art Festival, hosted by the Ministry of culture and tourism and the Beijing municipal government and hosted by the Art Department of the Ministry of culture and tourism and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism, opened at the Beijing National Grand Theatre on September 21. 第九届中国京剧艺术节立足“两个一百年”奋斗目标历史交汇的关键节点，推出一批讴歌党、讴歌祖国、讴歌人民、讴歌英雄的优秀剧目，集中展示全国27个省区市、41个表演团体的23台大戏、4台折子戏专场及10台线上展演剧目。

Based on the key node of the historical intersection of the "two centenary" goals, the 9th China Peking Opera Art Festival launched a number of excellent dramas that eulogize the party, the motherland, the people and heroes, and intensively displayed 23 major dramas, 4 Zhezi dramas and 10 Online performances from 27 provinces, autonomous regions and cities and 41 performance groups across the country.

本届京剧艺术节是弘扬中华优秀传统文化、支持戏曲艺术传承发展的重要举措，突出了“四个结合”：传承与创新相结合，着力推出具有传承基因和创新魅力的精品力作；流派精品与名团名家相结合，着力打造京剧名家展示平台；互动性与群众性相结合，通过组织京剧艺术学术研讨、京剧知识普及等活动，营造浓厚京剧节庆氛围；线上与线下互动宣传相结合，通过剧目导赏推介、视频平台全媒体线上演播等形式，吸引全社会关注京剧、热爱京剧。

This Beijing Opera Art Festival is an important measure to carry forward China's excellent traditional culture and support the inheritance and development of opera art. 由北京交响乐团、北京京剧院联合演出的京剧交响套曲《京城大运河》作为开幕演出，在艺术形式上大胆探索，首次运用交响乐、京剧艺术相结合的舞台形式，立体展示京杭大运河北京段的历史遗迹和人文风貌，挖掘弘扬其时代价值。（刘淼）
