今年是我国戏曲艺术大师，杰出的京剧表演艺术家梅兰芳先生（1894—1961）逝世60周年。为了纪念这位享誉世界的京剧大师，近日，柏林中国文化中心在Facebook、YouTube等社交媒体上，隆重推出《梅兰芳华—纪念中国京剧表演艺术家梅兰芳先生逝世60周年》展览。该展览以珍贵历史图片和梅兰芳纪念馆相关视频资料，向德国观众介绍了梅兰芳先生对中国京剧艺术的巨大贡献。

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the death of Mr. Mei Lanfang (1894-1961), a master of Chinese opera and an outstanding Peking opera performing artist. In order to commemorate the world-renowned master of Peking Opera, recently, the Berlin Chinese culture center grandly launched the exhibition Mei Lanfang Hua - Commemorating the 60th anniversary of the death of Chinese Peking opera performing artist Mei Lanfang on Facebook, youtube and other social media. The exhibition introduces Mr. Mei Lanfang's great contribution to Chinese Peking opera art to German audiences with precious historical pictures and relevant video materials of Mei Lanfang Memorial Hall.

梅兰芳缔造了京剧神话，他的名字在中国家喻户晓，位居四大名旦之首。在半个多世纪的舞台实践中，他继承传统，勇于革新，创造了众多优美的艺术形象，体现了中国妇女各种美好的品德与个性，积累了大量优秀剧目，形成了具有独特风格、大家风范的艺术流派—梅派。

Mei Lanfang created the myth of Peking Opera. His name is well known in China and ranks first among the four famous dans. In more than half a century of stage practice, he inherited the tradition, bravely innovated, created many beautiful artistic images, reflected various beautiful moral characters and personalities of Chinese women, accumulated a large number of excellent plays, and formed an art school Mei school with unique style and family style.

梅兰芳是我国向海外传播京剧艺术的先驱者，他曾于1919年、1924年和1956年三次访问日本，1930年访问美国，1935年和1952年两次访问苏联演出，获得盛誉。美国的南加利福尼亚大学和波摩那学院分别授予他荣誉文学博士学位。他在国外的演出，不仅增加了各国人民对中国文化艺术的了解，使我国京剧艺术赢得国际声誉，也给予外国戏剧以积极影响，而且结识了众多国际知名戏剧家、作家、画家、歌唱家、舞蹈家、电影艺术家等，同他们建立了诚挚的友谊。以梅兰芳为代表的中国戏曲表演艺术被认为是当今世界三大表演体系之一。

Mei Lanfang was a pioneer in spreading the art of Peking Opera overseas. He visited Japan three times in 1919, 1924 and 1956, the United States in 1930 and the Soviet Union twice in 1935 and 1952. The University of Southern California and Pomona College in the United States awarded him honorary doctorates of literature respectively. His performances abroad not only increased people's understanding of Chinese culture and art, won the international reputation of China's Peking opera art, but also had a positive impact on foreign dramas. He also met many internationally famous dramatists, writers, painters, singers, dancers and video artists and established sincere friendship with them. The performing art of Chinese opera represented by Mei Lanfang is considered to be one of the three major performing systems in the world.

梅兰芳先生是一位德艺双馨的舞台表演艺术家，舞台上他是柔美的青衣，俏丽的花旦，飒爽的刀马旦，集万千女性柔美于一身；舞台下的他则是儒雅俊秀，喜爱穿西装的傲骨男儿。抗战时期，他蓄须明志，不为敌伪演出，彰显民族气节！
