The daughter of Wang Benzhen, a famous Jinghu performer, is the director of Beijing Benzhen education institution.

北京少儿京昆艺术教育学会（4A级单位）会长；本真教育机构创始人兼董事长；中国第一套进阶式《京剧启蒙》系列读本作者；进阶式“京剧启蒙”教程、教法、“京剧启蒙游戏化”创始人；

He is the president of Beijing Children's Jingkun Art Education Association (4A level unit); the founder and chairman of authentic education institution; the author of China's first series of advanced "Peking Opera enlightenment"; the founder of advanced "Peking Opera enlightenment" course, teaching method and "Peking Opera enlightenment game";

中国教育学会十一五、十二五、十三五重点课题负责人，所写论文多次获奖；北京市教委学前处“汪锦生名师工作室”主持人、资深学前教育专家；她十余年坚持运作的“京剧启蒙，国粹传承”项目工程获得北京市社工委北京市文联所授予的银奖。

She is the person in charge of the key subjects of the 11th, 12th and 13th five year plans of the Chinese society of education, and has won many awards for her papers. She is the host of "Wang Jinsheng famous teacher studio" and a senior preschool education expert of the preschool Department of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education. Her project of "Beijing Opera enlightenment, heritage of the quintessence of Chinese culture" which has been operated for more than ten years has won the silver award from Beijing Federation of literary and art of Beijing Municipal Commission of social work.

忠诚于党的幼教事业，热爱孩子，对工作有高度的事业心和责任感，视幼教工作为第一生命。近四十年来她为了幼教事业，为探索一条幼教管理和改革之路，创办了两所幼儿园，一所培训学校，一个教育事业发展有限公司和一个京昆少儿艺术协会。

In the past 40 years, she has founded two kindergartens, a training school, an Education Development Co., Ltd. and a Beijing Kunming children's Art Association for the sake of preschool education and exploring a way of preschool education management and reform.
