10月13日，由中国文化和旅游部、北京2022年冬奥组委会、中国驻希腊使馆、雅典中国文化中心会同雅典市政府联合主办的“北京2022冬奥文化全球行图片展”希腊站在雅典扎皮翁宫隆重揭幕。

肖军正表示，北京将成为世界上首个“双奥之城”，本次图片展通过对北京冬奥会理念愿景和赛事安排的全景呈现，为希腊民众开辟了一扇了解北京冬奥会的视觉之窗。展览深刻体现了奥林匹克运动追求“和平、友谊、进步”的永恒宗旨，生动呈现了北京冬奥会“绿色、共享、开放、廉洁”的理念，是中希共同推进奥林匹克运动、传播奥林匹克精神的生动体现。

肖军正表示，习近平主席强调要确保北京冬奥会和冬残奥会成为一届简约、安全、精彩的奥运盛会。当前，北京冬奥会各项筹备工作正在紧锣密鼓地进行，10月5号起一系列测试赛已经陆续举行。在包括希腊在内的各国和国际社会大力支持下，中国有能力也有信心为世界奉献一届精彩、非凡、卓越的冬奥盛会。

Xiao Junzheng said President Xi Jinping stressed the need to ensure that the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the winter Paralympic Games will become a simple, safe and splendid Olympic Games. 卡普拉洛斯表示，扎皮翁宫与奥运会有深厚渊源，曾先后作为现代奥运会早期的竞技场馆和运动员村，见证了奥林匹克精神历经沧海桑田后的浴火重生。希中两国友谊深厚、志同道合，希腊对北京即将成为“双奥之城”感到振奋，这不仅是中国促进奥林匹克运动的突出成果，也是希中两大古老文明共同弘扬奥林匹克精神的卓越成就。讲话最后，卡普拉洛斯用中文念出北京冬奥会主题口号“我们一起向未来”，并用中文高呼“祝福中国、祝福北京”。

此次活动共展出46幅图片，包含“冬奥会愿景和办奥理念”、“冬奥会和冬残奥会项目”、“赛事文化”、“中国冬季运动代表性成绩”和“冬奥会赛区规划和城市发展”等五个板块。
