9月3日，2021世界旅游城市联合会北京香山旅游峰会暨世界旅游合作与发展大会在北京国家会议中心举办。中国文化和旅游部部长胡和平，世界旅游城市联合会理事会主席、北京市市长陈吉宁出席大会并致辞，联合国世界旅游组织秘书长祖拉布·波洛利卡什维利、上海合作组织秘书长弗拉基米尔·诺罗夫等视频致辞。

On September 3, the 2021 world tourism cities Federation Beijing Xiangshan tourism summit and world tourism cooperation and development conference were held in Beijing National Convention Center. Hu Heping, Minister of culture and tourism of China; Chen Jining, President of the Council of the world tourism cities Federation and mayor of Beijing, attended the conference and delivered speeches; zurab bololikashvili, Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization; Vladimir norov, Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and other video speeches.

胡和平表示，疫情暴发以来，中国在统筹推进疫情防控和旅游业恢复发展方面作出了积极探索，中国旅游市场稳步回升。2021年上半年，中国国内旅游总人次达18.7亿，恢复到2019年同期六成多。当前，疫情使世界经济不稳定不确定因素增多，但各国走向开放、走向合作的大趋势没有改变。各国应坚持互利共赢，深化国际旅游合作，加强统筹协调，助力旅游企业纾困，鼓励创新创造，提升旅游发展质量。中国愿与各国一道，在开放中创造机遇、在合作中破解难题，共同促进世界旅游业高质量发展。

Hu Heping said that since the outbreak of the epidemic, China has made active exploration in coordinating the prevention and control of the epidemic and the recovery and development of tourism, and China's tourism market has rebounded steadily. In the first half of 2021, the total number of domestic tourists in China reached 1.87 billion, recovering to more than 60% in the same period in 2019. At present, the epidemic has increased the instability and uncertainty of the world economy, but the general trend of countries towards openness and cooperation has not changed. All countries should adhere to mutual benefit and win-win results, deepen international tourism cooperation, strengthen overall planning and coordination, help tourism enterprises rescue, encourage innovation and creation, and improve the quality of tourism development. China is willing to work with other countries to create opportunities in opening up, solve problems in cooperation and jointly promote the high-quality development of world tourism.

陈吉宁指出，当前，世界旅游业正从复苏变革进入重塑期，展现出极强的生命力。面对疫情影响，旅游业界积极行动，推出一系列新业态、新模式。世界旅游城市联合会积极倡导世界旅游全球化发展，持续推动旅游城市间合作交流，与各会员携手共渡难关。作为联合会总部所在地，下一步，北京将加强与会员城市和机构的交流合作和经验分享，为世界旅游业振兴发挥更大作用。

Chen Jining pointed out that at present, the world tourism industry is entering a reconstruction period from recovery and reform, showing strong vitality. In the face of the impact of the epidemic, the tourism industry has taken positive action and launched a series of new formats and models. Wtcf actively advocates the globalization of world tourism, continues to promote cooperation and exchanges among tourism cities, and works with its members to tide over difficulties. As the headquarters of the Federation, in the next step, Beijing will strengthen exchanges, cooperation and experience sharing with member cities and institutions, so as to play a greater role in the revitalization of world tourism.

祖拉布·波洛利卡什维利说，随着全球疫苗接种的推进，许多国家的旅游市场正从疫情影响中恢复。相信联合国世界旅游组织与世界旅游城市联合会的合作有助于推进《世界旅游城市未来发展议程（2021—2030）》，促使旅游业成为世界城市复苏和可持续发展的有力支柱。

Zurab bololikashvili said that with the promotion of global vaccination, the tourism market in many countries is recovering from the impact of the epidemic. It is believed that the cooperation between the United Nations World Tourism Organization and the world tourism cities Federation will help promote the future development agenda of world tourism cities (2021-2030) and make tourism a strong pillar for the recovery and sustainable development of world cities.

本次大会由世界旅游城市联合会、北京市政府主办，主题为“振兴世界旅游 赋能城市发展”，设有开幕式、全球视角、特别论坛、主旨演讲、研究成果发布、旅游城市可持续发展对话、专题论坛等7个部分，发布《世界旅游城市发展报告2020》《世界旅游城市未来发展议程（2021—2030）》。大会通过线上平台面向全球直播，涵盖中、英、法、俄、西语5种语言。

Hosted by the world tourism cities Federation and the Beijing municipal government, the conference, with the theme of "revitalizing the development of World Tourism enabled cities", consists of seven parts: opening ceremony, global perspective, special forum, keynote speech, release of research results, dialogue on sustainable development of tourism cities and special forum, and releases the world tourism city development report 2020 Agenda for the future development of world tourism cities (2021-2030). The conference is broadcast live worldwide through an online platform, covering five languages: Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.

世界旅游城市联合会理事会执行副主席、北京市副市长王红出席大会并作主旨演讲。国际组织负责人、驻华使节、联合会会员代表、知名旅游企业及投资机构负责人等来自40个国家的360余位嘉宾参会。（王洋）

Wang Hong, executive vice president of the Council of the world tourism cities Federation and vice mayor of Beijing, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. More than 360 guests from 40 countries, including heads of international organizations, envoys in China, representatives of federation members, heads of well-known tourism enterprises and investment institutions, attended the conference.
