2月4日，2020年度文化和旅游部党建述职评议考核会议召开。文化和旅游部党组书记、部长胡和平出席会议并讲话，部党组成员李群、迟耀云、张旭、王旭东、杜江、王晓峰出席会议。

On February 4, the 2020 party building appraisal meeting of the Ministry of culture and tourism was held. Hu Heping, Secretary of the Party group and Minister of the Ministry of culture and tourism, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Qun, Chi Yaoyun, Zhang Xu, Wang Xudong, Du Jiang and Wang Xiaofeng, members of the Party group of the Ministry of culture and tourism, attended the meeting.

胡和平表示，2020年文化和旅游部系统各级党组织坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，认真学习贯彻党的十九大和十九届二中、三中、四中、五中全会精神，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于全面从严治党重要论述精神，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，聚焦主责主业，不断提高部系统党的建设质量，努力做好“三个表率”、建设“模范机关”，为文化和旅游领域打好疫情防控战、取得事业新发展提供了坚实保障。

Hu Heping said that the party organizations at all levels of the Ministry of culture and tourism in 2020 insisted on taking the socialist ideology of Xi Jinping with the new characteristics of China as the guide, conscientiously studying and implementing the spirit of the nineteen and nineteen second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the party, and thoroughly implementing the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on comprehensively managing strictly the party, enhancing the "Four Consciousness" and "four" firmly. We should be self-confident, achieve "two maintenance", focus on the main responsibility and main business, constantly improve the quality of Party building in the ministry system, strive to do a good job in "three models" and build "model organs", which provide a solid guarantee for the prevention and control of epidemic situation and the new development of our cause in the field of culture and tourism.

胡和平强调，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要论述精神，牢固树立抓党建是本职、不抓党建是失职、抓不好党建是渎职的理念，高标准、严要求抓好党建工作。要旗帜鲜明讲政治，不断提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力。要加强理论武装，深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。要坚持围绕中心服务大局，推动党建和业务深度融合。要加强领导班子建设，着力打造忠诚干净担当的干部队伍。要围绕增强政治功能和组织力，全面推进党支部标准化规范化建设。要落实第一责任人职责，推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。要落实党建工作责任制，建立一级抓一级、层层抓落实的责任体系。要强化考核结果运用，充分发挥党建述职评议考核的作用。2021年是中国共产党成立100周年，文化和旅游部要接续努力、奋发有为，高标准做好部系统党建工作，以优异成绩庆祝党的百年华诞。

Hu Heping stressed that we should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition and firmly establish the concept that party building is the duty and the party building is a dereliction of duty. We should take a clear-cut stand on politics and constantly improve our political judgment, understanding and execution. We should strengthen theoretical arm and thoroughly study and implement China's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. We should adhere to serving the overall situation around the center and promote the deep integration of Party building and business. We should strengthen the construction of the leading group and strive to build a loyal, clean and responsible cadre team. We should focus on strengthening the political function and organizational power, and comprehensively promote the standardization of Party branches. It is necessary to implement the responsibilities of the first responsible person and promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party. It is necessary to implement the responsibility system for Party building work and establish a responsibility system that focuses on one level at a time and on implementation at all levels. It is necessary to strengthen the application of assessment results and give full play to the role of assessment of Party building. 2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The Ministry of culture and tourism should continue to work hard, make great efforts, do a good job in Party building of the Ministry System with high standards, and celebrate the Centennial birthday of the party with outstanding achievements.
