2021年8月16日，陕西西安，全国第十四届运动会西安全运会圣火传递，火炬传递首站从永宁门广场出发，途经钟楼、安远门、西安火车站到达大明宫国家遗址公园丹凤门广场，全程约5.3公里。一路经过西安中轴线和部分特色地标性建筑，尽显十三朝古都深厚的历史文化底蕴。

On August 16, 2021, the torch relay of Xi'an National Games of the 14th National Games was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The first stop of the torch relay started from yongningmen square, passing through the bell tower, Anyuan gate and Xi'an railway station to danfengmen square, Daming Palace National Heritage Park, with a total distance of about 5.3 kilometers. All the way through Xi'an central axis and some characteristic landmark buildings, showing the profound historical and cultural heritage of the ancient capital of the thirteen dynasties.

8月16日上午，当采自宝塔山下的十四运会和残特奥会圣火，在圣火护卫和金甲武士的护送下，踏上永宁门广场充满浓郁十四运会和残特奥会气息点火仪式现场那一刻，千年古都西安迎来又一个 “高光时刻”。

上午8点30分，火炬传递起跑仪式正式开始。在全场迎国旗，奏唱《中华人民共和国国歌》后，十四运会和残特奥会圣火在全场注目下被迎入仪式台圣火盆。奥运冠军秦凯成为十四运会和残特奥会首站火炬传递第一棒火炬手。

At 8:30 a.m., the starting ceremony of the torch relay officially began. After welcoming the national flag and singing the National Anthem of the people's Republic of China, the flame of the 14th National Games and Paralympic Special Olympics was welcomed into the flame pot on the ceremony platform. Olympic champion Qin Kai became the first torchbearer of the first leg of the torch relay of the 14th National Games and the Paralympic Special Olympics.

十四运会和残特奥会火炬“合二为一、一体传递”，创新传递活动组织方式。十四运会和残特奥会圣火8月16日至9月12日，在全省13个市区进行28天、14站传递于9月15日进入西安奥体中心体育场，点燃十四运会火炬塔；10月22日进入西安奥体中心体育馆，点燃残特奥会火炬塔。

The torch of the 14th National Games and the Paralympic Games will be "transmitted in one" and the organization mode of relay activities will be innovated. From August 16 to September 12, the flame of the 14th National Games and Paralympic Special Olympics was transmitted for 28 days and 14 stops in 13 urban areas of the province. On September 15, it entered the Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Stadium and lit the torch tower of the 14th National Games; On October 22, he entered the gymnasium of Xi'an Olympic Sports Center and lit the torch tower of the Paralympic Games.
