　　根据《中华人民共和国第十四届运动会群众赛事活动规程总则》及国家体育总局相关要求，我中心现公开征集中华人民共和国第十四届运动会群众赛事活动象棋比赛承办单位。

　　一、征集内容

　　中华人民共和国第十四届运动会群众赛事活动象棋比赛承办单位。

　　二、有效期限

　　征集有效期自通知发布之日起至2021年4月20日。

　　三、赛事介绍

　　中华人民共和国第十四届运动会群众赛事活动象棋比赛分预赛和决赛两个阶段。项目为男女子个人公开组、业余组和男女团体公开组、业余组8个小项。参赛运动员预赛约400人、决赛约200人（详见附件1）。决赛承办地所在省（区、市）可获得直接参加决赛参赛资格。

　　四、申办要求

　　（一）提交由赛事承办地所属省级体育行政管理部门、属地政府提出同意申办的函以及承办单位的申请函。

　　（二）介绍承办单位运营团队基本情况及过往承办、协办或运营象棋赛事的情况。

　　（三）介绍承办单位硬件条件，主要包括场地、食宿接待、交通、后勤保障及安保等。

　　（四）提供承办赛事资金保障情况说明及预算方案、疫情防控方案、媒体宣传推广方案、交通疏导方案和突发事件应急预案、工作进度安排、服务保障承诺等（详见附件2、3）。

　　欢迎符合要求的各有关单位积极申报。

According to the general rules of the 14th National Games of the people's Republic of China for mass events and the relevant requirements of the State General Administration of sports, our center now openly solicits the chess competition organizers for the mass events of the 14th National Games of the people's Republic of China.

1、 Collection content

The host unit of Chinese chess in the 14th National Games of the people's Republic of China.

2、 Term of validity

The collection is valid from the date of issuance of the notice to April 20, 2021.

3、 Event introduction

The 14th National Games of the people's Republic of China is divided into two stages: the preliminary stage and the final stage. There are 8 items in the open group, amateur group, open group and amateur group. There are about 400 athletes in the preliminary competition and about 200 in the final competition (see Annex 1 for details). The province (District, city) where the final is hosted can obtain the qualification to participate in the final directly.

4、 Bidding requirements

（1） Submit the letter of approval from the provincial sports administrative department and the local government and the application letter from the organizer.

（2） This paper introduces the basic situation of the operation team of the organizer and the past situation of undertaking, CO organizing or operating chess events.

（3） This paper introduces the hardware conditions of the contractor, including venue, accommodation, transportation, logistics and security.

（4） Provide financial support and budget plan, epidemic prevention and control plan, media promotion plan, traffic diversion plan and emergency plan, work schedule, service guarantee commitment, etc. (see Annex 2 and 3 for details).

All relevant units that meet the requirements are welcome to actively apply.
