10月10日晚，由文化和旅游部非物质文化遗产司、艺术司，浙江省文化和旅游厅，宁波市人民政府主办的“2020全国非遗曲艺周”活动启动仪式暨开幕晚会在浙江省宁波文化广场大剧院举行。刘兰芳、金丽生、盛小云、刘士福等曲艺名家、非遗代表性传承人同台演出，为广大观众献上了一台难忘的曲艺盛宴。开幕晚会节目形式多样、主题鲜明，既有反映扶贫题材的安徽琴书《退低保》，反映抗疫先锋模范事迹的北京评书《百姓心中一座山》，也有反映节约粮食题材的山东琴书《半块馍》；既有观众耳熟能详的传统经典曲目，更多的是扎根当代百姓生活，围绕现实题材创作的反映时代风采的曲艺新作。演出现场观众掌声雷动，纷纷为曲艺名家、传承人的精彩演出喝彩叫好。

李群在致辞中指出，习近平总书记高度重视非物质文化遗产保护工作，作出一系列重要指示批示，多次在调研活动中考察非遗项目，与传承人亲切交流，鼓励他们把非物质文化遗产一代代接下来、传下去，充分体现出以习近平同志为核心的党中央对文化工作、对非物质文化遗产保护工作的高度重视，以及对非遗传承人的关心关怀。截至目前，国务院已公布了四批1372项国家级非遗代表性项目，其中曲艺类项目127个，涉及193个子项。文化和旅游部认定了207名曲艺类国家级非遗代表性传承人。为加强曲艺类非遗传承发展工作，2019年，文化和旅游部印发了《曲艺传承发展计划》，提出了曲艺类非遗传承发展的目标和9项主要工作任务，加强对曲艺类非遗保护传承工作的扶持。举办“2020全国非遗曲艺周”活动，对进一步促进曲艺类非遗传承发展，营造全社会关注和参与非遗保护的浓厚氛围，满足人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要，将发挥重要作用。

宁波是曲艺重镇，拥有四明南词、宁波走书、唱新闻等多项曲艺类国家级非遗代表性项目，也多次荣获中国曲艺牡丹奖。“全国非遗曲艺周”是弘扬中华优秀传统文化、促进文旅融合发展、展示地方文化形象的重要窗口。宁波将以此次“全国非遗曲艺周”活动为契机，进一步做优文化事业，做强文化产业，努力开创非遗曲艺传承发展新局面。

“2020全国非遗曲艺周”活动以“融入现代生活·弘扬时代价值”为主题，以“线上为主、线下为辅”方式举办。线上活动首次汇聚全部127项曲艺类国家级非遗代表性项目193个子项的258个优秀节目视频，将在文化和旅游部官网、中国非物质文化遗产网、光明网、优酷、快手、宁聚等平台进行集中展播。展播节目特色鲜明，地域特点浓厚，既有广为流传的经典传统曲目，也有反映新时代主旋律的新创作曲目。线下活动包括“曲艺传承发展论坛”，曲艺进社区、进学校、进景区、进酒店（民宿）“四进”活动，非遗曲艺书场试点挂牌，曲艺公开课，全国非遗曲艺周闭幕式暨“浙江好腔调”展演活动，第七届“阿拉非遗汇”活动等。“2020全国非遗曲艺周活动”将持续至10月14日。
