10月13日，第四届中国歌剧节在山东济南开幕。本届中国歌剧节由文化和旅游部、山东省人民政府主办。文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局局长李群，山东省委常委、宣传部部长白玉刚，山东省副省长王心富等出席开幕式。

李群表示，中国歌剧节是我国歌剧领域的国家级艺术盛会，自2011年创立以来，已在福建、湖北、江苏举办3届，推出了一大批优秀歌剧作品和人才，为促进歌剧艺术事业的繁荣发展、满足人民群众的精神文化需求发挥了重要作用。特别是2017年文化和旅游部实施中国民族歌剧传承发展工程以来，一批优秀民族歌剧在中国歌剧节上集中亮相，讲述中国故事、弘扬中国精神，让中国歌剧节在兼收并蓄、海纳百川的同时，彰显中国气派、中国风格。希望广大文艺工作者认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于文艺工作的重要论述精神，把握新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、融入新发展格局，自觉承担起举旗帜、聚民心、兴文化、展形象的使命任务，创作生产更多思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良的优秀作品，培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观，为建设社会主义文化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出新的更大的贡献。

Especially since the Ministry of culture and tourism implemented the inheritance and development project of Chinese national opera in 2017, a number of excellent national operas have been intensively unveiled at the Chinese Opera Festival to tell Chinese stories and carry forward the Chinese spirit, so that the Chinese Opera Festival can show the Chinese style and Chinese style while embracing all rivers. I hope that the majority of literary and art workers will conscientiously implement the spirit of the important discussion of general secretary Xi Jinping on literary and artistic work, grasp the new stage of development, implement the new development concept, integrate into the new development pattern, and consciously assume the mission of raising the banner, gathering the hearts and minds of the people, developing the culture and developing the image. 王心富表示，近年来，山东突出抓好艺术创作组织，针对选题创作等各个环节给予扶持，构建形成“全链条”扶持机制。突出抓好重大题材创作，围绕庆祝建党100周年、决胜全面建成小康社会、决战脱贫攻坚等主题，推出一批优秀作品。突出抓好文化惠民演出，持续举办演出惠民季、送戏下乡等活动，创新开展省市县三级联合购买惠民演出，有效丰富了广大群众的精神文化生活。山东将全力当好本届中国歌剧节东道主，扎实做好各项服务保障工作，努力办成“艺术的盛会、人民的节日”。

Shandong will try its best to be the host of this Chinese Opera Festival, do a solid job in various service guarantee, and strive to become a "grand event of art and people's festival".

开幕式后，全场观众共同观看民族歌剧《沂蒙山》。据了解，第四届中国歌剧节汇集了来自全国各地的24部优秀歌剧作品，将举办经典民族歌剧展演周、歌剧演唱会、“一剧一评”、民族歌剧创作人才研修班、惠民演出等一系列活动。（驻山东记者苏锐）
