7月30日，我国第一部以重工业为题材，由中央歌剧院、中共山东省委宣传部出品，中央歌剧院歌剧团、合唱团、交响乐团和舞台美术设计制作中心制作演出的原创民族歌剧《道路》在北京天桥艺术中心隆重上演。

中央歌剧院原创歌剧《道路》, 采取现场观演和线上实时观看的方式，由新华社手机客户端直播演出，此外新华网、央视频、百度网、今日头条等多家网络媒体也转播直播，仅新华社客户端和新华网观看总量超120万，多网点击总量超200万，演出反响热烈。

歌剧《道路》讲述了一家大型工业企业胜利发动机厂与新中国一起成长的故事。该剧展现了主人公高航，和父亲高如泰两代胜利人，历经仿制重组的困境，引进消化的涅槃，自主创新的突围，以新中国工业人的自强不息精神，在与世界发动机豪门保罗公司的全球化竞争中，为实现国产重卡发动机之梦心无旁骛，勇攀高峰的故事。
