12月2日，2021年联合国世界旅游组织第24届全体大会举行发布会，正式发布2021年首批联合国世界旅游组织“最佳旅游乡村”名单，中国浙江余村和安徽西递村入选。

On December 2, the 24th General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organization in 2021 held a press conference and officially released the list of the first batch of "Best Tourism Villages" of the United Nations World Tourism Organization in 2021. Yucun village in Zhejiang and Xidi Village in Anhui were selected.

余村位于浙江省湖州市安吉县，2005年8月15日，时任浙江省省委书记的习近平到余村调研，在余村首次提出“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学论断。十余年来，余村关闭矿山，修复生态，大力发展乡村旅游，成功将生态资源优势转化为经济发展优势，实现了生态保护和民生改善的共赢。余村案例，也带动了中国广大乡村的积极实践，“绿水青山就是金山银山”的绿色发展理念已成为全社会共识。西递村位于安徽省黄山市黟县。上世纪八十年代末，西递村开始发展乡村旅游，以徽派传统古建筑和田园风光吸引了大量游客。西递村通过探索文化遗产在保护中活化利用，“人、物、景”良性互动的可持续发展路径，从一个欠发达的村庄转变为国内外知名的乡村旅游目的地。

Xidi village is located in Yi County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. In the late 1980s, Xidi village began to develop rural tourism, which attracted a large number of tourists with traditional Huizhou ancient buildings and pastoral scenery. Xidi village has changed from an underdeveloped village to a well-known rural tourism destination at home and abroad by exploring the activation and utilization of cultural heritage in protection and the sustainable development path of benign interaction between "people, things and scenery".

余村和西递村是中国乡村旅游蓬勃发展的缩影。近年来，文化和旅游部积极推动乡村旅游发展，培育了一批生态美、生产美、生活美的乡村旅游目的地。目前有全国乡村旅游重点村1199个，全国乡村旅游重点镇100个，乡村逐渐成为人们度假休闲的好去处。乡村旅游在丰富旅游市场的同时，也为乡村群众铺就了脱贫致富路。乡村旅游“景区带村”“合作社+农户”等模式，帮助众多建档立卡贫困村实现了脱贫摘帽。随着乡村振兴战略深入推进，乡村旅游将与相关产业进一步融合，托起百姓富裕富足的金饭碗，塑造乡村宜居宜业新形象，用“美丽乡村”在“美丽中国”建设中贡献力量。下一步，文化和旅游部将面向海外市场，着力把一些有条件的乡村培育成国际乡村旅游目的地。

据了解，2021年首批联合国世界旅游组织“最佳旅游乡村”评选工作始于今年5月，旨在通过旅游促进乡村文化遗产保护和可持续发展。
