中秋、国庆假期即将来临，文化和旅游部提醒广大游客，关注疫情动态，安全理性出游。

The Mid Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are coming. The Ministry of culture and tourism reminds tourists to pay attention to the epidemic situation and travel safely and rationally.

一、做好个人防护

1、 Personal protection

密切关注国内疫情动态和中高风险区变化情况，不要前往中高风险地区旅游。提前了解出发地、目的地防控政策。旅游行程中自觉遵守查验健康码、测温、规范戴口罩等防控措施要求，勤洗手、勤通风，养成“一米线”好习惯。乘坐交通工具、入园游览时自觉与其他游客保持间距，避免扎堆。就餐时使用公筷公勺。咳嗽、打喷嚏时，注意用肘部或纸巾遮掩，不随地吐痰。出现感冒、发热等症状时，应停止游览并及时就医。

Pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation and the changes in medium and high-risk areas, and do not travel to medium and high-risk areas. Know the departure and destination prevention and control policies in advance. During the tour, consciously abide by the requirements of health code inspection, temperature measurement, standardized wearing of masks and other prevention and control measures, wash hands and ventilate frequently, and form the good habit of "one meter line". When taking transportation and visiting the park, consciously keep a distance from other tourists to avoid getting together. Use chopsticks and spoons when eating. When coughing or sneezing, cover with elbows or paper towels and do not spit everywhere. In case of cold, fever and other symptoms, stop sightseeing and seek medical treatment in time.

二、预约错峰出行

提前关注旅游、公安、交通、气象等部门发布的出行提示，合理规划出游线路，错峰出行。提前了解和查询旅游景区门票预约、客流限制等措施，做到“无预约、不出游”。自驾游出行前，仔细检查车况，并检查相关证件、保险是否齐全有效，遵守交通规则。掌握必要的安全知识、急救常识，准备必要的常用药品，建议购买旅游意外保险。

Pay attention to travel tips issued by tourism, public security, transportation, meteorology and other departments in advance, reasonably plan travel routes and stagger peak travel. Understand and inquire about measures such as ticket reservation and passenger flow restriction in advance, so as to achieve "no reservation, no travel". Before self driving travel, carefully check the vehicle condition, check whether the relevant certificates and insurance are complete and effective, and abide by the traffic rules. Master necessary safety knowledge and first aid knowledge, prepare necessary common drugs, and it is recommended to buy tourism accident insurance.

三、强化防范意识

乘坐公共交通工具不要携带违禁物品，行驶途中系好安全带，提前了解安全锤、灭火器的使用方法和逃生门窗位置，掌握紧急逃生正确方法。自驾出游要杜绝疲劳驾驶和酒后驾车，控制车速，注意礼让。谨慎参加户外探险活动，参与高空、高速、潜水等高风险项目时，结合自身健康状况量力而行，并在专业人士指导下活动，不做可能危及自身及他人安全的举动。

Do not carry prohibited articles when taking public transport. Fasten your safety belt during driving, understand the use methods of safety hammer and fire extinguisher and the positions of escape doors and windows in advance, and master the correct methods of emergency escape. When traveling by self driving, we should put an end to fatigue driving and drunk driving, control the speed and pay attention to comity. Carefully participate in outdoor exploration activities. When participating in high-altitude, high-speed, diving and other high-risk projects, do according to your own health and under the guidance of professionals. Do not do anything that may endanger your own and others' safety.

四、防范各类灾害

户外旅游注意防火避灾，不在草木繁盛、树叶堆积等易燃物聚集地或有防火提示的地方吸烟、烧烤或者使用明火。入住宾馆饭店时，了解火灾逃生线路，杜绝躺卧在沙发上、床上吸烟等行为。切勿进入未开发、未对公众开放的峡谷、湖泊、水库、无人岛等区域开展活动。打卡网红景点时，要遵守公序良俗和法律法规，不任性而为，始终把安全放在第一位。

Pay attention to fire prevention and disaster avoidance in outdoor tourism. Do not smoke, barbecue or use open fire in places where inflammables such as lush plants and leaves accumulate or where there are fire prevention tips. When staying in a hotel, understand the fire escape route and eliminate smoking on the sofa and bed. Do not enter undeveloped valleys, lakes, reservoirs, uninhabited islands and other areas that are not open to the public to carry out activities. When you punch in the popular scenic spots, you should abide by public order, good customs, laws and regulations, do not act willfully, and always put safety first.
