8月30日,第十二次中日韩文化部长会议在日本北九州市召开,中国文化和旅游部部长胡和平、日本文部科学大臣萩生田光一、韩国文化体育观光部长官黄熙以线上方式出席会议。本次会议是新冠肺炎疫情发生以来三国文化主管部门负责人召开的首次线上会议。中日韩三国部长在会上作主旨发言，并就共同应对疫情影响,推动文化交流与合作恢复发展交换意见。

On August 30, the 12th China Japan ROK culture ministers' meeting was held in Kitakyushu, Japan. Chinese Minister of culture and tourism Hu Heping, Japanese Minister of culture and science Hagi Shengtian Guangyi, and Korean Minister of culture, sports and tourism Huang Xi attended the meeting online. This meeting is novel coronavirus pneumonia held since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia since the outbreak of the three cultural responsible departments held the first online meeting. The ministers of China, Japan and the ROK delivered keynote speeches at the meeting and exchanged views on jointly coping with the impact of the epidemic, promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation, and restoring development.

胡和平在发言中表示,在中日韩文化部长会议机制推动下，三国开展了富有成效的务实合作，在增进理解、深化互信、交流互鉴等方面发挥了重要作用。新冠肺炎疫情给全球人民生命安全带来威胁,也对中日韩文化交流与合作造成冲击。中日韩三国应携手同心、积极作为,为开展更宽领域、更深层次、更高水平的文化交流合作而共同努力。中方对此提出四点倡议：一是相向而行,创造文化交流合作良好环境;二是继往开来,用好已有文化交流合作平台；三是化危为机,畅通线上文化交流合作渠道;四是顺势而为,开创文化交流合作崭新局面。

Hu Heping said in his speech that under the promotion of the mechanism of the China Japan ROK cultural ministers' meeting, the three countries have carried out fruitful practical cooperation and played an important role in enhancing understanding, deepening mutual trust, exchanges and mutual learning. The novel coronavirus pneumonia poses a threat to the safety of the world's people, and also to cultural exchanges and cooperation between China, Japan and Korea. China, Japan and the ROK should join hands and make positive efforts to carry out cultural exchanges and cooperation in a wider field, at a deeper level and at a higher level. China has put forward four proposals: first, go in the opposite direction and create a good environment for cultural exchanges and cooperation; Second, carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future and make good use of the existing cultural exchange and cooperation platform; Third, turn danger into opportunity and unblock online cultural exchange and cooperation channels; Fourth, follow the trend and create a new situation of cultural exchanges and cooperation.

日、韩两国部长就克服新冠肺炎疫情影响,促进中日韩文化交流合作逐步恢复和可持续发展发表了意见。会上,三国部长审议通过了《第十二次中日韩文化部长会议北九州宣言》，并分别向2022年度“东亚文化之都”中国温州市、济南市,日本大分县和韩国庆州市颁授纪念牌匾。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia ministers and ministers of Japan and South Korea have expressed their views on overcoming the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and promoting the gradual recovery and sustainable development of cultural exchanges and cooperation between China, Japan and Korea. At the meeting, the ministers of the three countries deliberated and adopted the Kitakyushu declaration of the 12th China Japan ROK culture ministers' meeting, and awarded commemorative plaques to Wenzhou City, Jinan City, Oifen County, Japan and Gyeongju City, South Korea, the "cultural capital of East Asia" in 2022.
