在山东省青岛市西海岸新区六汪镇不过涧村，有座中共中央党校红旗飘飘书画院黄岛分院，整日里墨香四溢，书香绕野，慕名拜访者络绎不绝。阳光四溢之日，记者专程来到这里，见到了书画院主人——中国书画研究院院士、青岛市西海岸新区政协委员张光明。干净利落的小院，门前一潭湖水和远处的山丘映现出一幅山水画。湖边田地打理得十分规整，各色果实给这幅画添加了几分灵动。走进张院长的画院，几百平方米的大厅，字画珍品，琳琅满目，如同来到了一座艺术殿堂!

The clean courtyard, a lake in front of the door and the hills in the distance reflect a landscape painting. The fields by the lake are well organized, and the colorful fruits add a bit of flexibility to the painting. Walking into president Zhang's painting academy, there are hundreds of square meters of hall, calligraphy and painting treasures, as if you came to an art palace!

张光明，山东省青岛人，祖籍潍坊，儿时生长在山东省菏泽市，毕业于山东建筑大学建筑系。中国书画研究院院士、青岛菏泽商会顾问、青岛市西海岸新区政协委员、国家书画创作研究院副院长、《全国书画家百杰》、国家一级美术师、中国书法家协会会员、中共中央党校红旗飘飘书画院青岛分院院长、现任青岛潍坊商会副会长、诸多作品被国内外友人收藏.....

水墨浸染，潜心所长

今年57岁的张光明，出生在书香世家，从小喜爱书画艺术。祖父被当地称之为秀才，一生从事私塾教学。他从6岁开始就跟随长辈写春联，分发给乡亲们。在上小学时就帮助邻居妇女们画鞋样、做图案，没有素材就比照着窗花一笔一笔的描摹。张光明告诉记者：“我爷爷是我最敬佩的人，对我人生影响很大，他在当地教私塾，还会做木匠，从小就教我读书和做手工。我就爱看他老人家给当地人做各种家具，什么八仙桌，大衣柜等等，无论计算尺寸，还是雕刻花板，都手到擒来。耳濡目染下，我也自小就喜好，学的也快。现在我的小孙子也受我影响，对书画产生了浓厚的兴趣，时常缠着我让我教他画画。”

Zhang Guangming, 57, was born in a scholarly family and loved the art of calligraphy and painting since childhood. When I was in primary school, I helped the neighbor women draw shoe patterns and patterns. Without materials, I compared them with the window flowers one by one. Zhang Guangming told reporters: "my grandfather is the person I admire most and has a great impact on my life. He teaches in a local private school and also works as a carpenter. He taught me to read and do handicrafts since childhood. I love to see him make all kinds of furniture for the local people, such as eight immortals table, wardrobe, etc. no matter how to calculate the size or carve the flower board, I can catch it. Influenced by my experience, I have liked it since I was a child and learned quickly. Now my little grandson is also influenced by me and has a strong interest in calligraphy and painting. He often pesters me to teach him painting. "

张光明经过艰苦努力，考入山东建筑大学建筑系，毕业后从事建筑设计。因当时没有电脑等辅助，设计图、施工图、效果图只能手绘，也正是那时锻就他扎实的绘画功底。“后来自己创业开办了一家装修公司，虽然累点，但收入还不错。我就利用闲暇时间练习绘画。无论画什么都是需要观察，画竹子我就移栽了竹子，观察它的长势。画牡丹也是，花开到几时花瓣与花苞的形状都需要认真观察。”

Although he was tired, his income was good. I use my spare time to practice painting. No matter what you draw, you need to observe. When you draw bamboo, I transplanted bamboo and observed its growth. Painting peonies is the same. When the flowers bloom, the shapes of petals and bracts need to be carefully observed. "

在2019年中国大众文化学会书画艺术专委会、中国书画报华夏之星艺术中心、中国国际集邮网共同主办的“献礼70华诞——第十六届中国当代书画名家邮品首发式、华夏之星书画展”上，张光明被授予“中华文化复兴践行者”的荣誉称号并准予出版素有 “国家名片”之誉的邮票、邮品。

了解画家张光明的业内人士都知道，他最为擅长的画作是以牡丹和长城为题材的作品。他所绘画的牡丹形态各异，色彩丰富，既体现出牡丹的富贵同时也很好的展现了国花的气韵。让人立马联想到刘禹锡的诗句“唯有牡丹真国色，花开时节动京城。”

People in the industry who know the painter Zhang Guangming know that his best paintings are those with the themes of peony and the Great Wall. The peonies he painted have different forms and rich colors, which not only reflect the wealth of peonies, but also show the charm of national flowers. It immediately reminds people of Liu Yuxi's poem "only peony is really national, and it moves the capital in the season of flowers."

第一眼看到张光明老师的“长城图”，脑海中也不由得冒出另一句唐诗：“但使龙城飞将在，不教胡马度阴山。”且不说诗句中的“龙城”是不是指当今之长城，但看画作构图、走势、气象呈现，即知其立意之大之深之重。初见之时被光明老师的热情、和善、雅意所感染和遮蔽，没想到平凡的面貌之下竟有这样一壶大气象大沟壑。

Not to mention whether the "dragon city" in the poem refers to today's great wall, but looking at the composition, trend and meteorological presentation of the painting, we can know the greatness, depth and importance of its intention. At first sight, he was infected and covered by the enthusiasm, kindness and elegance of Guangming teacher. Unexpectedly, there was such a pot of great weather and gully under the ordinary face.

心系故土，为民为心

Care for the homeland and the people

由于创作和工作的缘故，张光明经常出差在外地。因良好的社会声誉和名望，众望所归，张光明入选青岛市西海岸新区政协委员，身为政协委员的他时刻心系故乡，为民请命。在今年新区政协会议上，他提出的5项提案全部得到政协大会提案组预审立案。提案从青少年中华传统文化教育到青少年思想道德的引导，从食品安全及地下水资源开采销售监管，到养老事业多元多样化等，都提出了自己的意见和建议。

The proposal has put forward its own opinions and suggestions from the education of Chinese traditional culture for teenagers to the guidance of teenagers' ideology and morality, from the supervision of food safety and the exploitation and sales of groundwater resources, to the diversification of pension undertakings.

张光明对于传承中国传统文化和当前青少年教育有自己的见解。中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的“根”与“魂”，是中华民族的精神命脉。优秀传统文化是一个国家、一个民族传承和发展的根本，如果丢掉了，就割断了精神命脉。

“目前在学校教学中仍然存在着重视应试教育，而对中国传统文化认知缺乏、兴趣不浓、意识淡薄的状况;从城区到农村普遍缺少传承传统文化的阵地和场所太少;研究、参与、传承文化者比较缺乏。因此，必须动员全社会力量，推动中国文化伟大复兴，共同关心青少年的健康成长，普及传统文化教育问题”，张光明说。

一个人的成就与他的努力和坚持是分不开的，但成就只是为自己服务未免狭隘了。张光明多年以来一直致力于慈善事业，助学、敬老、救灾等募捐活动中不乏张光明的身影。

临辞行时，张光明意犹未尽。他心中始终念念不忘中华民族文化复兴事业，他告诉记者：“好的绘画不单单是技法的展示，更是体现的是一个人的文化底蕴，没有深厚的文化底蕴是创作不出好作品。中华民族5000年文化给我们留下丰厚的国学宝藏。现在我不但要研究国学，同时也要把国学传递下去，传播出去，为实现中华民族文化复兴事业，尽自己一份力量。(朱有刚)
