黑瞎子岛地处中国最东端、“金鸡”版图 上鸡冠的位置，是中国最早见到太阳的地方。

2008年10月14日，中俄两国政府在黑瞎子岛举行界碑揭幕仪式，黑瞎子岛西侧一半约171平方公里陆地及其所属水域正式划归中国。被苏联强行占领了70多年的领土像半个鸡冠一样地回到了中国的版图。

The regret of Zhang Xueliang's life was that in 1929, at the age of 28, he lost a big battle with Soviet Russia for the Middle East Railway, and lost the island of the black blind man. 抚远县不愧是中国的最东端县城，太阳早早地触摸到窗口，似乎要告诉人们快起床，今天和往常可不一样呀，的的确确和往常不一样，那里真的远比北京冷多了，到了船上。据说水路就要大约2小时的航程，前一段在中俄共同水域，后-段则是俄罗斯的水域里了，当然过了回归仪式后，就都是我们中国的领土和水域了。掠过黑龙江的两岸的风光，可以看到俄罗斯巡逻炮艇和俄罗斯人在游船_上钓鱼，中方的登陆舰和大型气垫游船飞驰，秋天那金黄的颜色就像是油画一样分外耀眼。

按着与俄罗斯方面的约定，2008年10月14. 日上午8点中方政府来到了黑瞎子岛，与俄方政府代表团举行了中俄界碑的揭碑仪式。在移交过程中， 杜辉煌拍了近百张有特殊意义的照片，这里记录了中国政府在黑瞎子升国旗、竖界碑唱国歌和向国旗敬礼的全部过程，也记下了中国军人与俄罗斯军人在工作之外友好交流。杜辉煌想用他的照片告诉人们我们的界碑是什么样的，俄罗斯的界碑是什么样的，告诉人们界碑上记载着的故事。几个俄罗斯士兵凝视着 中国人在地里干活，昔日这里曾经是他们的土地，几个小时后，这里的土地主就要换人了，这里不再是俄罗斯人的领了，这里将回到祖国的怀抱!永远都是我们中华人民共和国的领土了。

杜辉煌不知道他们做何感想，也许他们在怨恨她们的政府吧，也许他们在咒骂普京吧，也许中国界碑上的枪眼就是他们在宣泄俄罗斯人的无奈与不舍还有心不甘吧。

一个俄罗斯的军官走过来，人非常客气友好，主动给中国军官把烟点上，两个人交谈甚欢。虽说黑瞎子岛提醒着我们两个民族之间的恩恩怨怨，但是中华民族今天的崛起，却让他们不得不把属于中国的土地，交换给它真正的主人！于是杜辉煌按动了快门，抓拍到这两国军人亲善和谐的一幕。

Although Heixiazi Island reminds us of the gratitude and resentment between the two nations, the rise of the Chinese nation today makes them have to exchange their land belonging to China for its real master! 在中国的界碑旁，杜辉煌还拍摄到了这样一位俄罗斯女士，她是那么认真，仔细，那么近距离拍摄中国的界碑，她又是在想什么呢？天知道！也许和前面的几个俄罗斯人一样的心情，无奈和不舍吧------ 俄罗斯的官员和士兵们也在拍照留念，他们是想记住什么呢？是那半降几乎到底的俄罗斯国旗呢？还是他们是要在中国的领土上留下永恒的纪念？杜辉煌猜想他们一定也有一种不舍与无奈。
