日前，上海市文化和旅游局与宝山区政府签署了战略合作协议，双方拟携手将宝山区打造成为具有全球资源配置能力的国际邮轮旅游目的地，助力宝山从“钢花”到“浪花”的新一轮城市功能转型发展。

Recently, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism and Baoshan government signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides intend to work together to build Baoshan into an international cruise tourism destination with global resource allocation capacity, and help Baoshan develop a new round of urban function transformation from "steel flower" to "spray".

据介绍，双方合作共建的目标是：立足宝山“北转型”发展要求和“科创宝山”战略定位，充分发挥万里长江口、百年吴淞口的资源优势，以建造亚洲最大的国际邮轮旅游目的地为核心，推动邮轮发展制度创新，推动建立国际合作平台，推动邮轮港口联动发展，推动邮轮全产业链发展。

此次合作有四个方面12项内容，其中，做足邮轮特色，合力打造世界级滨水旅游度假区，包括共建中国邮轮旅游发展示范区、合力打造邮轮滨江世界“会客厅”、合力构建国际邮轮旅游度假区品牌IP体系、支持创建国家级旅游度假区等内容受到旅游业界关注。（丁宁）
