10月27日，由中国国家文物局、北京市人民政府共同主办的亚洲文化遗产保护对话会在北京开幕。本次对话会旨在落实习近平主席在亚洲文明对话大会上提出的“中国愿同各国开展亚洲文化遗产保护行动，为更好传承文明提供必要支撑”重大主张，以“增进文明对话、共塑亚洲未来”为主题，持续推进亚洲文化遗产保护行动，为增进文明交流互鉴谱写亚洲新篇章。

On October 27, the Asian cultural heritage protection dialogue co sponsored by the State Administration of cultural relics of China and the Beijing Municipal People's government opened in Beijing. This dialogue will be aimed at implementing the important proposition of "China's willingness to carry out Asian cultural heritage protection activities with all countries to provide necessary support for better heritage of civilization" proposed by President Xi Jinping at the dialogue Conference on Asian civilizations, with the theme of "enhancing dialogue among civilizations and shaping the future of Asia" as a theme, and continuously promoting the protection of Asian cultural heritage. Write a new chapter in Asia to enhance exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.

本次对话会以线上形式召开。文化和旅游部部长胡和平发表致辞，文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局局长李群作主旨发言，北京市副市长杨斌致辞。联合国教科文组织副总干事等5个国际组织的高级别代表，亚洲36个国家的20位文化部长、19位驻华使节等高级别官员，以及香港特区政府民政事务局局长、澳门特区政府社会文化司司长等参加对话会。

The dialogue will be held online. Hu Heping, Minister of culture and tourism, delivered a speech, Li Qun, Vice Minister of culture and tourism and director of the State Administration of cultural relics, delivered a keynote speech, and Yang Bin, vice mayor of Beijing, delivered a speech. High level representatives of five international organizations including the deputy director general of UNESCO, 20 culture ministers and 19 envoys from 36 Asian countries, as well as the Secretary for home affairs of the Hong Kong SAR government and the director of the social and Cultural Department of the Macao SAR government attended the dialogue.

胡和平指出，举办亚洲文化遗产保护对话会，是落实习近平主席倡议，促进亚洲国家文化遗产保护、弘扬亚洲璀璨文明的务实之举。亚洲各国山河相连、人文相亲、命运相依，保护好传承好利用好亚洲文化遗产，是亚洲各国的共同责任。近年来，亚洲各国高度重视文化遗产保护，开展了一系列卓有成效的交流合作。希望亚洲各国以本次对话会为契机，践行增进文明对话、共塑亚洲未来的宗旨，积极投入亚洲文化遗产保护行动。胡和平倡议，坚持保护第一，统筹处理文化遗产保护与城市建设、生态改善、旅游发展的关系，在保护中发展、在发展中保护，让亚洲文明之光照亮人类文明发展进步之路；坚持合理利用，推进文化遗产研究阐释、展览展示和文创产品开发，实现创造性转化、创新性发展，让民众共享文化遗产保护成果；坚持交流互鉴，在联合考古、文物修复、展览展示、人才培养、合作研究、联合“申遗”等领域开展全方位交流合作。

Hu Heping pointed out that organizing the dialogue on Asian cultural heritage protection is a pragmatic move to implement President Xi Jinping's initiative, promote the protection of Asian countries' cultural heritage and promote the bright civilization of Asia. It is the common responsibility of Asian countries to protect, inherit and make good use of Asian cultural heritage. In recent years, Asian countries have attached great importance to the protection of cultural heritage and carried out a series of fruitful exchanges and cooperation. It is hoped that Asian countries will take this dialogue as an opportunity to practice the purpose of enhancing dialogue among civilizations and jointly shaping the future of Asia, and actively participate in the protection of Asian cultural heritage. Hu Heping proposed to adhere to protection first, comprehensively handle the relationship between cultural heritage protection and urban construction, ecological improvement and tourism development, develop in protection and protect in development, and let the light of Asian civilization illuminate the road of development and progress of human civilization; Adhere to rational utilization, promote cultural heritage research and interpretation, exhibition and display and cultural and creative product development, realize creative transformation and innovative development, and let the people share the achievements of cultural heritage protection; Adhere to exchanges and mutual learning, and carry out all-round exchanges and cooperation in the fields of joint archaeology, cultural relics restoration, exhibition, talent training, cooperative research and joint "World Heritage Application".

李群表示，亚洲是人类文明的重要发祥地。亚洲国家的紧密合作、交流互鉴，对于保护亚洲文化遗产、塑造亚洲文明共同未来至关重要。中国国家文物局高度重视文化遗产在文明交流互鉴中的重要作用，积极参与亚洲文明脉络探究、亚洲文明守护、亚洲文明价值阐释、亚洲文明互鉴，在联合考古、历史古迹保护修复、世界文化遗产申报与管理、博物馆展览交流等领域与亚洲国家开展了广泛且卓有成效的合作。李群倡议，中国愿以本次对话会为契机，同亚洲各国和相关国际组织一道，开展亚洲文化遗产保护行动，共同搭建合作平台、守护文明成果、提升保护水平、促进可持续发展、凝聚青年力量，推动亚洲文化遗产保护驶入“快车道”，为共建亚洲命运共同体注入新的、更强的文化力量。

Li Qun suggested that China is willing to take this dialogue as an opportunity to work with Asian countries and relevant international organizations to carry out Asian cultural heritage protection actions, jointly build a cooperation platform, protect the achievements of civilization, improve the level of protection, promote sustainable development, pool the strength of young people, push the protection of Asian cultural heritage into the "fast lane" and inject new vitality into the construction of an Asian community of common destiny Stronger cultural power.

杨斌表示，首都北京是享誉中外的历史文化名城。长期以来，北京立足可持续发展，科学编制相关规划，推动以中轴线申遗保护为牵引的老城整体保护与复兴，加强三山五园地区及“三条文化带”传承保护利用，努力打造弘扬中华优秀传统文化典范之城。立足系统性保护，致力于构建具有首都特色的文物保护体系，守护首都文物安全，积极建设“博物馆之城”。立足以人民为中心，致力于市民生活的便利宜居，增进民生福祉。杨斌表示，作为首届亚洲文化遗产保护对话会的落地城市，北京将带头践行亚洲文明对话大会上发布的2019北京共识，认真落实亚洲文化遗产保护行动，积极参与交流活动与合作研究，努力为增进文明对话、共塑亚洲未来作出新的贡献。杨斌欢迎嘉宾亲身感受北京中轴线魅力。

Based on systematic protection, we are committed to building a cultural relics protection system with the characteristics of the capital, safeguarding the safety of cultural relics in the capital, and actively building a "museum city". Based on the people as the center, we are committed to the convenience and livability of citizens' life and improve the well-being of people's livelihood. Yang Bin said that as the landing city of the first Asian cultural heritage protection dialogue, Beijing will take the lead in implementing the 2019 Beijing consensus issued at the Asian civilization dialogue conference, earnestly implement the action of Asian cultural heritage protection, actively participate in exchange activities and cooperative research, and strive to make new contributions to enhancing civilization dialogue and shaping the future of Asia. 开幕式上，中国、亚美尼亚、柬埔寨、朝鲜、伊朗、吉尔吉斯斯坦、巴基斯坦、叙利亚、阿联酋、也门等亚洲10国共同发起成立“亚洲文化遗产保护联盟”。中国同时设立亚洲文化遗产保护基金，并启动“亚洲文化遗产保护青年大使”计划。

At the opening ceremony, China, Armenia, Cambodia, North Korea, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen and other 10 Asian countries jointly launched the establishment of the "Asian Cultural Heritage Protection Alliance". At the same time, China established the Asian cultural heritage protection fund and launched the "Youth Ambassador for Asian cultural heritage protection" program.

本次对话会将持续至10月28日，来自亚洲18个国家的专家学者将就“文化遗产促进亚洲可持续性发展”“文化遗产助力亚洲文明交流互鉴”“文化遗产应对亚洲未来挑战”等专题进行26场主题演讲。对话会还将发布《关于共同开展亚洲文化遗产保护行动的倡议》。

The dialogue will last until October 28. Experts and scholars from 18 Asian countries will give 26 keynote speeches on topics such as "cultural heritage promotes sustainable development in Asia", "cultural heritage helps exchanges and mutual learning among Asian civilizations" and "cultural heritage meets future challenges in Asia". The dialogue will also issue the initiative on joint action for the protection of Asian cultural heritage.
