中宣部副部长王晓晖指出，十九届五中全会对文化建设高度重视，从战略和全局上做了规划和设计。其中最重要的就是明确提出了到2035年建成文化强国，这是党的十七届六中全会提出建设文化强国以来，中央首次明确建成文化强国的具体时间表。
