8月30日，《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑委员会第三次会议在文化和旅游部召开。文化和旅游部部长、编委会主任胡和平，文化和旅游部副部长、编委会副主任李群、张旭、饶权出席会议并讲话。

鲁迅是中国伟大的文学家、思想家、革命家，其手稿是鲁迅精神的重要载体，全面整理出版手稿是系统梳理鲁迅先生文化遗产、推进鲁迅研究、弘扬鲁迅精神的重要举措。《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑出版项目于2017年6月正式启动，由中宣部指导，文化和旅游部会同国家文物局组织实施。项目实施4年来，国家图书馆联合北京鲁迅博物馆、上海鲁迅纪念馆、绍兴鲁迅纪念馆、广州鲁迅纪念馆等收藏机构，以“收录内容更全面、编纂方式更科学、印制效果更精美、出版形式更新颖”为目标，对现存鲁迅手稿进行征集、整理、影印、著录。截至目前，已完成全套78册、共计3.2万余页手稿的编辑整理，较此前出版手稿增加逾14,600页。此次编委会会议听取了项目实施进展情况汇报，审定通过了《文稿编》《译稿编》《书信编》《日记编》《辑校古籍编》《辑校金石编》《杂编》七编样书，并就后续出版及宣传推介工作提出了意见建议。

Comprehensively sorting and publishing manuscripts is an important measure to systematically sort out Mr. Lu Xun's cultural heritage, promote Lu Xun's research and carry forward Lu Xun's spirit《 The editing and publishing project of the complete works of Lu Xun's manuscripts was officially launched in June 2017 under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and organized and implemented by the Ministry of culture and tourism in conjunction with the State Administration of cultural relics. Over the past four years since the implementation of the project, the National Library, together with collection institutions such as Beijing Lu Xun Museum, Shanghai Lu Xun memorial hall, Shaoxing Lu Xun Memorial Hall and Guangzhou Lu Xun memorial hall, has collected, sorted, photocopied and described the existing Lu Xun manuscripts with the goal of "more comprehensive collection content, more scientific compilation method, more exquisite printing effect and more novel publishing form". So far, it has completed the editing and sorting of a full set of 78 volumes, with a total of more than 32000 pages, an increase of more than 14600 pages compared with the previously published manuscripts. The editorial board meeting listened to the report on the progress of the project implementation, approved and approved seven sample books of manuscript compilation, translation compilation, letter compilation, diary compilation, editing and proofreading ancient books, editing and proofreading Jinshi compilation and miscellaneous compilation, and put forward opinions and suggestions on subsequent publication, publicity and promotion.

胡和平在讲话中强调，《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑出版工作成果的取得，根本在于以习近平同志为核心的党中央对文化工作的高度重视和坚强领导，离不开各部门各方面的攻坚克难、通力协作，离不开专家学者和编辑出版一线工作者的不辞辛劳、精益求精。2021年是中国共产党成立100周年，也是鲁迅先生诞辰140周年。《鲁迅手稿全集》的编辑出版，是文化、文学、教育等社会各界和广大民众的共同企盼，对保存保护鲁迅先生珍贵手稿、推动鲁迅研究和中国现代文化史研究，对更好弘扬优秀传统文化、继承革命文化、发展社会主义先进文化，广泛开展中国共产党史、新中国史、改革开放史和社会主义发展史学习教育，积极培育践行社会主义核心价值观，具有重要的时代价值和现实意义。下一步，要继续高度重视《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑出版工作；慎终如始，全力做好编辑出版后续工作；提早谋划，加大编辑出版成果宣介力度；注重转化，助力党史学习教育、文化文艺工作。
