9月28日，《鲁迅手稿全集》新书首发式在国家图书馆举行。文化和旅游部部长、《鲁迅手稿全集》编委会主任胡和平，副部长、编委会副主任饶权，国家文物局副局长胡冰出席首发式。

胡和平为《鲁迅手稿全集》新书揭幕并讲话。他指出，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央亲切关怀下，在各参与单位和来自全国各地百余位专家学者的共同努力下，《鲁迅手稿全集》得以精印出版，在鲁迅研究史、手稿学研究和出版史上均具有里程碑意义。鲁迅先生是著名文学家、思想家、革命家，是新文化运动重要参与者，是近代以来文化艺术界最有影响力的代表性人物，是我国文化战线上的一面光辉旗帜，是我们党最忠诚最可信任的同志和战友，也是100位“为新中国成立作出突出贡献的英雄模范人物”之一。鲁迅先生身上蕴涵的爱国精神、人民情怀、开拓精神和战斗品格，始终是鼓舞和激励中华民族在独立、解放、富强道路上前进的动力。鲁迅手稿是鲁迅精神的重要载体，是我们宝贵的精神财富和珍贵文化遗产，是中华文化宝库中的瑰宝。《鲁迅手稿全集》的出版将全面再现鲁迅先生鲜活丰满的形象，展现鲁迅先生文学作品的精髓，让革命文学精神在新时代焕发出新风采，为满足人民精神文化需求、增强人民精神力量提供丰富精神大餐。

饶权在介绍编辑出版情况时指出，各参与单位和有关专家充分吸收近年国内手稿学研究及鲁迅手稿收集、整理和研究的新成果，克服了诸多复杂繁难问题，圆满完成了新版《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑出版，充分体现了“全、精、真、新”的特点。希望专家学者和有识之士以全集出版成果为基础，持续加强鲁迅研究，大力推动鲁迅精神的时代阐释与社会传播，使鲁迅精神在推动社会主义先进文化建设，凝聚中华民族精神中发挥更大作用，为加强社会主义精神文明建设，培育践行社会主义核心价值观，推动全社会形成适应新时代要求的思想观念、精神面貌、文明风尚和行为规范，作出新的更大贡献。

When introducing the editing and publishing situation, Rao Quan pointed out that all participating units and relevant experts have fully absorbed the new achievements of domestic manuscript research and Lu Xun's manuscript collection, sorting and research in recent years, overcome many complex and difficult problems, and successfully completed the editing and publishing of the new edition of the complete works of Lu Xun's manuscripts, which fully embodies the characteristics of "completeness, precision, authenticity and novelty". It is hoped that experts, scholars and people of insight will continue to strengthen Lu Xun's research on the basis of the published results of the complete collection, vigorously promote the era interpretation and social dissemination of Lu Xun's spirit, so as to make Lu Xun's spirit play a greater role in promoting the construction of socialist advanced culture and condensing the spirit of the Chinese nation, so as to strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and cultivate and practice socialist core values, Promote the whole society to form ideological concepts, spiritual outlook, civilized customs and codes of conduct that meet the requirements of the new era, and make new and greater contributions.

《鲁迅手稿全集》编辑出版工作于2017年6月正式启动，由中宣部指导，文化和旅游部会同国家文物局组织实施。项目实施4年来，国家图书馆联合北京鲁迅博物馆、上海鲁迅纪念馆、绍兴鲁迅纪念馆、广州鲁迅纪念馆等收藏机构，以“收录内容更全面、编纂方式更科学、印制效果更精美、出版形式更新颖”为目标，完成了全套78册、共计3.2万余页手稿的精印出版。此次出版的全集分为《文稿编》《译稿编》《书信编》《日记编》《辑校古籍编》《辑校金石编》《杂编》等七编，较此前出版手稿增加逾14,600页。

The editing and publication of the complete works of Lu Xun's manuscripts was officially launched in June 2017, under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and organized and implemented by the Ministry of culture and tourism in conjunction with the State Administration of cultural relics. Over the past four years since the implementation of the project, the National Library, together with collection institutions such as Beijing Lu Xun Museum, Shanghai Lu Xun memorial hall, Shaoxing Lu Xun Memorial Hall and Guangzhou Lu Xun memorial hall, has completed the fine printing and publication of a full set of 78 manuscripts with a total of more than 32000 pages with the goal of "more comprehensive contents, more scientific compilation methods, more exquisite printing effects and more novel publishing forms". The complete works published this time are divided into seven parts: manuscript compilation, translation compilation, letter compilation, diary compilation, compilation and proofreading of ancient books, compilation and proofreading of Jinshi and miscellaneous compilation, with an increase of more than 14600 pages compared with the previously published manuscripts.

首发式上，胡和平、饶权、胡冰为鲁迅手稿存藏机构代表及鲁迅家属赠送全套《鲁迅手稿全集》。鲁迅长孙、鲁迅文化基金会会长周令飞及部分专家代表发言。中央宣传部、文化和旅游部、国家文物局有关司局负责同志，国家图书馆等有关单位负责同志，《鲁迅手稿全集》编委会、专家委员会、编纂人员代表，从事鲁迅研究、文物利用的文博机构、研究会负责人及高校专家学者等参加首发式。
