10月21日，由文化和旅游部主办，重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会、重庆市九龙坡区政府共同承办的“澜湄旅游城市合作联盟大会暨澜湄市长文化旅游论坛”（以下简称“大会”）在重庆举办。此次大会采用线上线下相结合的方式，围绕“共享陆海通道新机遇·共促澜湄文旅大发展”主题，共商疫后澜湄区域文化和旅游业复苏提振办法，共促澜湄区域文化旅游高质量发展。

On October 21, the "Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation alliance conference and Lancang Mekong mayor's Cultural Tourism Forum" (hereinafter referred to as the "conference") hosted by the Ministry of culture and tourism and jointly hosted by Chongqing Municipal Culture and Tourism Development Committee and Chongqing Jiulongpo District government was held in Chongqing. The conference adopted a combination of online and offline methods to discuss ways to boost the recovery of culture and tourism in the Lancang Mekong region after the epidemic, focusing on the theme of "sharing new opportunities for land and sea channels and jointly promoting the great development of Lancang Mekong cultural tourism", so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of cultural tourism in the Lancang Mekong region.

中国文化和旅游部副部长杜江、重庆市副市长蔡允革、外交部王福康大使，缅甸驻华大使苗丹佩、老挝驻华大使坎葆·恩塔万、柬埔寨驻重庆总领事尤索科出席活动并致辞。泰国驻华大使阿塔育线上视频致辞。柬埔寨旅游部部长唐坤为本次大会发来贺信。缅甸饭店和旅游部、老挝新闻文化旅游部、越南旅游总局等湄公河国家旅游主管部门代表线上出席。28个联盟成员城市和众多国内外专家学者、知名企业和行业协会代表等线上线下出席活动。

Du Jiang, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China, Cai Yunge, vice mayor of Chongqing, Wang Fukang, Ambassador of the Ministry of foreign affairs, Miao danpei, Ambassador of Myanmar to China, kampao ntawan, Ambassador of Laos to China, and yussoko, Consul General of Cambodia in Chongqing, attended the event and delivered speeches. Thai ambassador to China atayu made an online video speech. Tang Kun, Minister of tourism of Cambodia, sent a congratulatory letter to the conference. Representatives of tourism authorities of Mekong countries such as the Ministry of hotels and tourism of Myanmar, the Ministry of press, culture and tourism of Laos and the General Administration of tourism of Vietnam attended online. 28 alliance member cities and many domestic and foreign experts and scholars, representatives of well-known enterprises and industry associations attended the activities online and offline.

大会研究并提出了《澜湄旅游城市合作联盟工作方案及五年行动计划》，联盟中方成员城市讨论通过《澜湄旅游城市合作联盟（中方草案）》，进一步完善联盟机制建设。重庆作为联盟成员和大会承办城市发起《澜湄旅游合作重庆倡议》，倡议各联盟成员充分借助国际陆海贸易新通道和西部陆海新通道，构建共商共享的务实合作新机制，搭建澜湄区域旅游城市高层旅游交流机制和合作平台。

The conference studied and put forward the work plan and five-year action plan of the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance. The Chinese member cities of the alliance discussed and adopted the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance (Chinese draft) to further improve the construction of the alliance mechanism. Chongqing, as a member of the alliance and the host city of the conference, launched the Chongqing initiative for Lancang Mekong tourism cooperation, proposing that all alliance members make full use of the new international land and sea trade channel and the new western land and sea channel to build a new pragmatic cooperation mechanism for mutual consultation and sharing, and build a high-level tourism exchange mechanism and cooperation platform for tourism cities in the Lancang Mekong region.

本次大会是澜湄国家以城市为平台开展深化旅游合作的一次有益探讨。大会以平行分论坛的形式举办澜湄市长文化旅游论坛，论坛围绕“疫后旅游恢复与安全协调机制”“澜湄城市合作与内陆城市国际化”“旅游发展与乡村振兴”3个论坛主题展开了深入研讨，为后疫情时代澜湄区域文化旅游快速恢复和高质量发展预做准备。（陈潜）

This conference is a useful discussion for Lancang Mekong countries to deepen tourism cooperation on the platform of cities. The conference held the Lancang Mekong mayors' Cultural Tourism Forum in the form of parallel sub forums. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on the three forum themes of "post epidemic tourism recovery and security coordination mechanism", "Lancang Mekong city cooperation and inland city internationalization" and "tourism development and Rural Revitalization", so as to prepare for the rapid recovery and high-quality development of Lancang Mekong regional cultural tourism in the post epidemic era.
