12月19日，由文化和旅游部、重庆市政府主办，以“歌唱美好新生活”为主题的2021中国原生民歌节在重庆市黔江区圆满落幕。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长饶权，重庆市副市长蔡允革出席并观看闭幕式展演。

On December 19, the 2021 Chinese native folk song festival with the theme of "singing a better new life", sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism and Chongqing municipal government, ended successfully in Qianjiang District, Chongqing. 闭幕式原生民歌展演以“生活·生命·生机”为主线，包含序、上篇《生活》、中篇《生命》、下篇《生机》、尾篇《家园》5个篇章。

At the closing ceremony, the original folk song performance takes "life, life and vitality" as the main line, including five chapters: preface, the first chapter "life", the second chapter "life", the second chapter "vitality" and the last chapter "home".

“红日东升，余音绕梁”，一曲《黄河船夫曲》拉开了闭幕演出的序幕。来自全国各地的原生民歌传承人齐聚舞台，展现各民族文化交相辉映、中华文化历久弥新的生动图景。上篇《生活》从劳动、游戏、爱情3个角度展示具有民俗意蕴与生活气息的原生民歌，映照出璀璨斑斓的民族地域文化；中篇《生命》汇集具有民族特色与生命力量的藏族、苗族、蒙古族民歌，展现多姿多彩、欣欣向荣的民族风情；下篇《生机》凸显原生民歌的时代特质与蓬勃发展态势，热情讴歌新时代，礼赞美好新生活。最后，展演在全体演员合唱《唱支山歌给党听》中走向高潮，现场欢腾，掌声雷动。

"The red sun rises in the East, and the sound lingers around the beam". A song "boatman's song of the Yellow River" kicked off the closing performance. Inheritors of native folk songs from all over the country gathered on the stage to show the vivid picture of the interaction of national cultures and the renewal of Chinese culture. The first part "life" shows the original folk songs with folk connotation and life flavor from the perspectives of labor, game and love, reflecting the bright and colorful national and regional culture; The second part "life" gathers Tibetan, Miao and Mongolian folk songs with national characteristics and life force to show colorful and thriving national customs; The second part, vitality, highlights the characteristics of the times and the vigorous development trend of native folk songs, warmly eulogizes the new era and praises the beautiful new life. Finally, the performance reached a climax in the chorus "sing a folk song to the party" by all the actors. The scene was jubilant and thunderous applause.

闭幕式当天，主办方举办了以“原生民歌的传承与发展”为主题的2021年中国原生民歌节学术研讨会，来自全国相关领域的专家学者、非遗保护工作者、非遗代表性传承人等代表，以线上线下结合的方式，就我国原生民歌、传统音乐类非遗保护传承发展的实践和经验展开深入探讨。

Representatives from experts and scholars in relevant fields across the country, intangible cultural heritage conservation workers and representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage discussed China's native folk songs The practice and experience of the protection, inheritance and development of traditional music intangible cultural heritage are deeply discussed.

12月17日至19日，来自全国各地的38支展演队伍在重庆市彭水苗族土家族自治县、石柱土家族自治县、黔江区参加了此次活动。（陈潜）
