李先生仅在22日下午与郑州市郑东新区市场监督管理局的相关负责人通过电话，其负责人只是告诉李先生已经责令特斯拉向车主提供数据，并未提及到要将行车数据通过媒体发布。

特斯拉在与车主无任何沟通的前提下，将行车数据发布出去，让看到此消息后的李先生非常诧异，“这已经侵犯到了我们个人隐私权及消费者权益。”李先生首先对特斯拉出示的行车数据表示不认可，同时，他认为，行车数据属于个人财产及个人隐私，而特斯拉未经车主允许，擅自将其公布给媒体及大众，他无法接受。
