据美国福克斯网站报道，近日，挪威一家法院裁定，因降低电池容量和充电速度，特斯拉被要求按照每人1.6万美元（约合人民币10.25万元）的标准，赔偿30名Model S车主。

报道称，2019年特斯拉对软件进行了更新，为保证电池寿命，降低了2013年-2015年间生产的Model S车型的电池容量和充电速度。目前，特斯拉在挪威共售出约1万辆这款汽车，如果其他车主也采取类似的法律手段，特斯拉将面临总额1.6亿美元（约合人民币10.25亿元）的赔偿。
