2021年度 联合国健艺美文化产业总会    世界文艺（网络）颁奖盛典获奖名单公布

整个2021年在与新冠病毒的斗争中结束了；2021年初的春季原本是文化活动演出市场的春季，可随着疫情的持续爆发，企业强制停工、民众居家隔离。在相当长的一段时间处于疫情防控和人民安全的封闭环境里，群聚性的娱乐活动等等都会被取消。不光百姓承受着煎熬，对于文化演出市场而言也是一个持续的寒冬。原定的许多文艺演出活动被迫取消，尽管如此，世界文联还是克服万难积极开展“云端”文化艺术活动，2021年度世界艺术家排行榜得以颁布！

世界文联文化艺术家排行榜获奖人物由公众线上投票和专家线下评审相结合的评选方式选出。他们来自不同地域、不同岗位，但都用爱心、执着、信念和梦想，用朴实的行动感动、温暖了时代。

The winners of the World Federation of literary and art circles list of cultural artists are selected by a combination of public online voting and expert offline evaluation. “世界文化艺术家排行榜活动”由联合国健艺美文化产业总会发起并主办，杉杉兰格艺术培训中心、世界文联“人物专访”栏目承办，是全球首个以世界文化艺术家为报道和评选对象，由世界文联记者走访基层挖掘感人故事，不同机构推荐候选人，发动网民通过新媒体方式进行线上、线下评选并举行年度颁奖典礼的公益品牌活动。
