11月29日，“志合越山海——中非合作论坛第八届部长级会议文艺演播”通过线上形式举办。中国文化和旅游部部长胡和平、塞内加尔文化和新闻部部长阿卜杜拉耶·迪奥普分别通过视频为活动致辞。

On November 29, "Zhihe cross the mountain and sea - the literary and artistic performance of the eighth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China Africa cooperation" was held online. Hu Heping, Minister of culture and tourism of China, and Abdoulaye Diop, Minister of culture and information of Senegal, respectively addressed the event via video.

胡和平表示，中国和非洲始终是好朋友、好兄弟、好伙伴。中国国家主席习近平指出，“要促进中非文明交流互鉴、交融共存，为彼此文明复兴、文化进步、文艺繁荣提供持久助力，为中非合作提供更深厚的精神滋养”。中非合作论坛成立21年来，始终秉持共商共建共享原则，共同回答时代课题、因应世界变局，成为中非开展集体对话的活跃平台、务实合作的有效机制。中非文化和旅游交流合作蓬勃发展、成果丰硕，越来越多的中非合作友好故事在中国、在非洲各国、在世界范围内广为流传。中国文化和旅游部愿在中非合作论坛框架下，深化与非洲各国在文化和旅游领域的交流合作，为共筑更加紧密的中非命运共同体、推动构建人类命运共同体贡献力量。

Hu Heping said that China and Africa have always been good friends, brothers and partners. *** In the 21 years since its establishment, the Forum on China Africa cooperation has always adhered to the principle of joint consultation, joint construction and sharing, jointly answered the topics of the times and responded to the changes in the world. It has become an active platform for collective dialogue and an effective mechanism for practical cooperation between China and Africa. China Africa cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation are booming and fruitful. More and more stories of China Africa cooperation and friendship are widely spread in China, in African countries and around the world. The Ministry of culture and tourism of China is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with African countries in the field of culture and Tourism under the framework of the China Africa Cooperation Forum, so as to contribute to building a closer China Africa community of common destiny and promoting the construction of a community of common destiny for mankind.

迪奥普对中非合作论坛第八届部长级会议在塞内加尔召开表示十分荣幸。他表示，要特别感谢中国援建塞内加尔国家大剧院和黑人文明博物馆，给予塞文化事业巨大支持。迪奥普指出，此次文艺演播由中国和非洲国家联合参演，是团结与友爱的盛会，将向世界观众展现中国和非洲的独特文化魅力，推动中国和非洲国家进一步探索更多合作领域。

Diop expressed his great honor to hold the eighth ministerial meeting of the Forum on China Africa cooperation in Senegal. He expressed his special thanks to China for its assistance in the construction of Senegal's National Grand Theatre and the Museum of black civilization, and for its great support for Senegal's cultural undertakings. Diop pointed out that the artistic performance, jointly performed by China and African countries, is a grand event of unity and friendship. It will show the unique cultural charm of China and Africa to the world audience and promote China and African countries to further explore more areas of cooperation.

本场线上文艺演播由中国文化和旅游部与塞内加尔文化和新闻部联合举办，中国对外文化集团有限公司承办。整场演播分为“同音共律”“同舞共行”“同舟共济”三个篇章，中非艺术家们以歌、乐、舞等多种形式联袂出演，展现了中国和非洲各具特色、美轮美奂的舞台艺术，生动体现了中非文化的悠久历史与时代内涵。演播在国内中央媒体、塞内加尔国家电视台、“四达时代”非洲频道等多个平台播映。

The online art performance was jointly organized by the Ministry of culture and tourism of China and the Ministry of culture and information of Senegal, and undertaken by China Foreign Culture Group Co., Ltd. The whole performance is divided into three chapters: "harmony", "dancing together" and "helping each other in the same boat". Chinese and African artists jointly perform in various forms such as song, music and dance, showing the unique and beautiful stage art of China and Africa, and vividly reflecting the long history and Era Connotation of Chinese and African culture. The broadcast was broadcast on many platforms, such as domestic central media, Senegal national television and "Sida era" Africa channel.
