为传承中华优秀传统文化，弘扬社会主义先进文化，丰富广大人民群众精神文化生活，文化和旅游部于2021年组织开展了2021—2023年度“中国民间文化艺术之乡”评审命名工作，共有183个县（市、区）、乡镇（街道）被命名为2021—2023年度“中国民间文化艺术之乡”。辽宁省7个县（市、区）、乡镇（街道）入选其中。

In order to inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture, carry forward the advanced socialist culture and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people, the Ministry of culture and tourism organized the review and naming of the "hometown of Chinese folk culture and art" from 2021 to 2023. A total of 183 counties (cities, districts) and townships (streets) were named "hometown of Chinese folk culture and art" from 2021 to 2023 。 Seven counties (cities, districts) and townships (streets) in Liaoning Province were selected.

根据评审命名工作方案，经评审和公示，辽宁省大连市庄河市栗子房镇、鞍山市岫岩满族自治县、本溪市桓仁满族自治县、锦州市黑山县、阜新市阜新蒙古族自治县于寺镇、朝阳市朝阳县和葫芦岛市连山区等7个县（市、区）、乡镇（街道）被命名为2021—2023年度“中国民间文化艺术之乡”。

According to the evaluation and naming work plan, after evaluation and publicity, seven counties (cities, districts) and towns (streets) including lizifang Town, Zhuanghe City, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, Anshan City, Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, Benxi City, Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Yusi Town, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City and Lianshan District, Huludao City were named as 2021-2023 "Hometown of Chinese folk culture and art".
