10月27日，中俄人文合作委员会文化合作分委会第二十一次会议以视频会议形式召开。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭与俄罗斯联邦文化部副部长娅里洛娃共同主持了会议。

On October 27, the 21st Meeting of the cultural cooperation sub committee of the China Russia people to people and cultural cooperation committee was held in the form of video conference. Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China, and yarilova, Vice Minister of culture of the Russian Federation, CO chaired the meeting.

双方回顾了过去一年里中俄两国文化交流与合作情况，就继续深化两国文化领域务实合作等深入交换了意见。

The two sides reviewed the cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in the past year and exchanged in-depth views on continuing to deepen practical cooperation in the cultural field between the two countries.

张旭表示，上次会议以来两国守望相助、携手并肩，克服疫情带来的困难，采取线上线下相结合的方式，推动文化领域合作持续创新发展。他建议，双方继续加强两国地区间合作，办好品牌活动，加强多边框架下的文化合作，促进图书馆领域合作机制化发展及文化遗产保护合作，巩固新时代中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系发展的民意和社会基础。

Zhang Xu said that since the last meeting, the two countries have helped each other, worked hand in hand, overcome the difficulties caused by the epidemic, and adopted a combination of online and offline to promote the sustainable and innovative development of cultural cooperation. He suggested that the two sides continue to strengthen regional cooperation between the two countries, run brand activities, strengthen cultural cooperation under the multilateral framework, promote the institutionalized development of cooperation in the field of libraries and cultural heritage protection cooperation, and consolidate the public opinion and social foundation for the development of China Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation in the new era.

娅里洛娃支持中方关于深化文化合作的建议，她表示，加强俄中文化交流是俄文化部开展国际合作的优先方向，俄方愿与中方共同努力，深入挖掘合作潜力，增进俄中人民友谊，共同推动两国文化交流与合作迈上新的台阶。

Yarilova supported China's proposal on deepening cultural cooperation. She said that strengthening cultural exchanges between Russia and China is the priority direction for the Russian Ministry of culture to carry out international cooperation. Russia is willing to work with China to deeply tap the potential of cooperation, enhance the friendship between the Russian and Chinese people, and jointly promote cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

会上双方共同通过了本次文化合作分委会会议纪要。

At the meeting, the two sides jointly adopted the minutes of the sub committee on cultural cooperation.
