当地时间10月21日17时，韩国自主研发的“世界”号运载火箭(KSLV-Ⅱ)在位于全罗南道高兴郡的罗老宇宙中心点火发射。火箭正常完成了全部飞行程序，但未能将搭载的模型卫星送入预定轨道。

At 17:00 local time on October 21, the world launch vehicle (KSLV - II) independently developed by South Korea was ignited and launched at the Luolao Space Center in happy county, quanluonan road. The rocket normally completed all flight procedures, but failed to put the model satellite into the predetermined orbit.
