由文化和旅游部、国家广播电视总局、中国贸促会、甘肃省人民政府共同主办的第五届丝绸之路（敦煌）国际文化博览会和第十届敦煌行·丝绸之路国际旅游节9月24日在敦煌国际会展中心盛大开幕。

The 5th Silk Road (Dunhuang) International Cultural Expo and the 10th Dunhuang trip · Silk Road International Tourism Festival, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism, the State Administration of radio and television, the China Council for the promotion of international trade and the people's Government of Gansu Province, opened in Dunhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center on September 24.

中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长黄坤明线上发表主旨演讲。甘肃省委书记、省人大常委会主任尹弘，文化和旅游部副部长张旭出席开幕式并致辞，联合国教科文组织驻华代表夏泽翰发表演讲。韩国国务委员、文化体育观光部长官黄熙，白俄罗斯文化部部长阿纳托利·马尔科维奇，联合国世界旅游组织执行主任祝善忠，世界银行项目经理艾哈迈德·爱威达分别发表线上演讲。甘肃省委副书记、省长任振鹤主持开幕式暨高峰会议。

Huang Kunming, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and director of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a keynote speech online. Yin Hong, Secretary of Gansu provincial Party committee and director of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Congress, and Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Xia Zehan, representative of UNESCO in China, delivered a speech. Huang Xi, State Councilor and Minister of culture, sports and tourism of the Republic of Korea, Anatoly markovich, Minister of culture of Belarus, Zhu Shanzhong, executive director of the United Nations World Tourism Organization, and Ahmed aiweida, project manager of the world bank, delivered online speeches respectively. Ren Zhenhe, deputy secretary of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee and governor of Gansu Province, presided over the opening ceremony and summit.

全国政协文化文史和学习委员会副主任李玉赋，文化和旅游部党组成员、故宫博物院院长王旭东，上海合作组织睦邻友好合作委员会副主席崔丽，中国社会科学院党组成员、副院长王灵桂，中国人民外交学会副会长李惠来，全国政协文化文史和学习委员会副主任刘佳义，宁夏回族自治区政协副主席许宁，江苏省政协副主席姚晓东；泰国驻华使馆大使阿塔育·习萨目和夫人美苹·习萨目，韩国驻西安总领事金柄权，白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事德米特里·叶梅里亚诺夫，柬埔寨驻西安总领事宋威山；甘肃省委、省政府、省政协机关主要负责同志出席开幕式暨高峰会议。还有来自主宾国韩国在内的9个国家、4个国际组织的外国嘉宾，国内丝路沿线8个省区市、10个国家有关部委、港澳地区的嘉宾共298名嘉宾出席开幕式。开幕式后，与会领导和嘉宾共同观看了“相约敦煌”文艺展示。

There were also 298 foreign guests from 9 countries and 4 international organizations, including the guest of honor country South Korea, and guests from 8 provinces, regions and cities along the domestic silk road, 10 relevant national ministries and commissions, Hong Kong and Macao. After the opening ceremony, the leaders and guests attended the "meet Dunhuang" art exhibition.

本届“一会一节”举办了敦煌论坛、“一带一路”交流与合作文化论坛、“五凉”文化论坛等3场论坛，以及韩国文旅及文创产品展、到世界找敦煌——敦煌流散海外文物复制展、丝绸之路文旅商品展、“常沙娜”设计奖获奖作品展等4项展览。

This year's "one session" held 3 one forum, namely, one Dunhuang forum, one belt, one road, cultural forum and five cool Cultural Forum, and 4 exhibitions, including the Korean cultural tourism and cultural products exhibition, the world's search for Dunhuang, Dunhuang's scattered overseas cultural relics reproduction exhibition, the silk Road Cultural Tourism Product Exhibition and the "Chang Sha Na" design award winning exhibition.

本届“一会一节”按照疫情防控要求，采取线上线下相结合，以线上为主的方式举行，线下嘉宾邀请控制在300人以内，无中高风险地区人员参会。

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, this "one session and one festival" is held by combining online and offline, mainly online. The number of offline guests invited is controlled within 300, and there are no personnel from medium and high-risk areas.
