世界文联通讯处：中秋之际，北京环球影城正式开园迎客，一则游客在影城中变形金刚基地游玩，导致"威震天发飙"的视频在网络引起热议。

视频中，一位身穿白 T 恤、黑裤，背着黑色双肩包的年轻男子对着景区的动漫人员"威震天"竖中指，竖完中指该游客低头，似是在戏谑地笑。

In the video, a young man wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and a black backpack raised his middle finger to the animation staff "Megatron" in the scenic spot. After raising his middle finger, the tourist bowed his head, as if he were laughing jokingly.

"威震天"用动漫变音回应，"你这个手势太不礼貌了，你的爸爸妈妈没教过你吗？愚蠢的家伙，肮脏的人类。下去，我不想跟他照相"。

Megatron responded with anime inflection, "your gesture is too impolite. Haven't your parents taught you? Stupid guy, dirty human. Go down, I don't want to take pictures with him".

在该游客竖中指时，一名穿着蓝色工作制服，腰后别着对讲机的景区工作人员在伸出手意图制止该游客的行为。

When the tourist raised his middle finger, a scenic spot staff wearing a blue work uniform and a walkie talkie behind his waist was reaching out to stop the tourist's behavior.

记者联系北京环球影城工作人员，其表示，目前景区没有规定将会对该行为进行处罚，也不会拉入黑名单。但若有该情况，现场工作人员会及时进行制止。其还称，不建议游客有此类行为，毕竟大家都是有素质的公民。

The reporter contacted the staff of Beijing Universal Studios, who said that there was no provision in the scenic area to punish the act and would not be blacklisted. 工作人员介绍，动漫人员的语音应该是后台有工作人员操控，而并不是完全地只靠智能语音对话，毕竟也没有那么智能。"肮脏的人类"是为了符合该动漫人物的人设而说，有时会说影视剧中的台词，并无实际贬低之意。
