2015年一部由刘德华、井柏然、吴君如等主演的“打拐”题材电影《失孤》上映曾引起过许多观众的讨论，影片讲述了主角雷泽宽两岁的儿子雷达丢了，雷泽宽开始了长达十五年的寻子之路，虽然途中历尽艰辛，但雷泽宽没能找到自己的儿子。

据悉《失孤》改编于现实事例，原型是郭刚堂，这位父亲从1997年，2岁多的郭振被人贩拐卖。二十多年来，郭刚堂为寻找儿子，找遍全国除新疆、西藏外的所有省份，骑行40万多公里，跑了31个省，报废10辆摩托车，但是郭刚堂一直没有放弃寻子之路。

7月11日，有媒体报道郭刚堂的儿子郭振找到了，此前由警方解救的孩子已经过DNA比对成功，确认了就是自己的儿子郭振，孩子目前在河南，警方近期将安排认亲。

12日有媒体联系到了《失孤》导演彭三源，她表示自己几天前就知道了这个消息，已经把好消息告诉了刘德华，只不过对方还没有回复。

彭三源也表示自己当初拍电影也是想让儿子看到后主动来找爸爸，甚至提出过让刘德华的摩托车上插上郭振小时候的照片，但郭刚堂拒绝了，可能不想影响到儿子的生活。如今时隔这么多年，儿子终于要出现了，只是一件令人开心的事情。
