世界文联通讯处：5月22日下午，海棠谷文旅综合开发项目暨谭氏文化交流中心建设座谈会在重庆市石柱县人民宾馆隆重召开。大会首先讨论了海棠谷文旅综合开发项目的落地策略，然后对谭氏文化发展建设方向进行定位。

石柱县谭氏是楚地忠立公世系入川，谭氏十七朝后裔，有八万人之多，占石柱全县人口的1/7，为当地的经济、文化发展作出重大贡献。

The tan family of Shizhu County is a descendant of zhongligong of Chu. There are as many as 80000 people, accounting for 1 / 7 of the population of Shizhu County. They have made great contributions to the local economic and cultural development.

谭公忠立字智敏,为国有功，授封大明平远将军加兵马节度使,镇守南蛮司牧黄州府,汉攘平制苗顽，其亲题诗（载自楚地<谭氏宗谱>）云:

Tan Gongzhong established his name as Zhimin and made contributions to the state. He was granted the title of general Pingyuan of the Ming Dynasty, a military envoy, and a garrison officer. He guarded the Huangzhou Prefecture of Nanman Si mu. In the Han Dynasty, he made Miao Wan. His personal poem (from the genealogy of Tan in Chu) says:

一从提剑扫烟霞，掌柱西南半边天。

One from the sword sweep haze, palm column southwest half of the sky.

铁弹不磨唐世界，虎符自是汉时贤。

The iron bullet does not grind the world of Tang Dynasty, and the tiger amulet is the sage of Han Dynasty.

耕桑奠土三千里，忠孝遗芳九百年。

He has cultivated mulberry and laid a foundation for three thousand li, and has been loyal and filial for nine hundred years.

继嗣勿忘先祖德，好将世业裕光前。

Don't forget your ancestors, so that you can make the world prosperous.

谭公朝、满、昆仲,于明洪武二年(公元一三六九年)农历三月初二日，携领兄弟子侄等人，自楚入川,奔至巫山广渡口，分袂时，贼律一首(是总诗句) ,诗曰:

On the second day of the third month of the lunar calendar in the second year of Hongwu (ad-369), Tan Gongchao, man and Kunzhong, together with their brothers and nephews, entered Sichuan from Chu and ran to guangdukou of Wushan. When they parted, they wrote a poem called "thief law" (the general verse)

本是元朝宰相家，洪兵赶散入西涯，青芦岸上同分手,绿柳江边看发芽，咬破指头书血字,睁开泪眼滴恒沙，儿人离散川东去，一梦云迷北海遮，否泰在天皆由命,悲欢由己总无他，后人追忆此诗句，千百年前是一家。

This is the home of the Prime Minister of the Yuan Dynasty. Hong Bing scattered into Xiya. He broke up with him on the Bank of Qinglu river. He saw the sprouting on the Bank of Lvliu river. He bit his fingers and wrote blood words. He opened his eyes and dripped Hengsha. His son and son left for East Sichuan. He was fascinated by the clouds in the North Sea. Whether he was peaceful or not, he was determined by his fate. He was happy or sad by himself. Later generations recall this poem. It was a family thousands of years ago.
