最后有一个非常关键的意见，就是设计风格是否走土家族吊脚楼路线，政府部门都希望有土家族文化，但是谭氏到会宗亲和都希望做新奇特的，市场喜欢和接受的风格。冉县长和哈局长明确表态，这个设计问题由企业作主。非常好。如果政府管控了我们的风貌，我们就没有办法做出有创意的好作品。
