3月18日，文化和旅游部副部长张旭会见塔吉克斯坦驻华大使萨义德佐达一行。

On March 18, Vice Minister of culture and tourism Zhang Xu met with Tajik ambassador to China Saeed zoda and his party.

张旭高度评价中塔双边关系以及文化和旅游领域合作成果。他表示，中塔是友好邻邦和全面战略伙伴，两国关系正处于历史最好时期。新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，两国守望相助、共克时艰，彰显了两国人民间的深情厚谊。中塔两国都有悠久历史和绚烂文化，两国文化对彼此民众都有很大吸引力。两国山水相连，在旅游领域的合作互补性强，发展潜力大。中方愿与塔方一道，不断拓展两国文化和旅游领域交流合作的渠道和方式，以更多务实合作成果造福两国人民。

Zhang Xu spoke highly of the achievements of China Tajikistan bilateral relations and cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism. He said that China and Tajikistan are friendly neighbors and comprehensive strategic partners, and bilateral relations are in the best period in history. Since the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, profound sentiments of friendship between the two peoples have been revealed by the two countries' mutual help and common difficulties. Both China and Tajikistan have a long history and splendid culture, and their cultures have great attraction to each other's people. The two countries are connected by mountains and rivers. Their cooperation in the field of tourism is highly complementary and has great development potential. China is willing to work with Tajikistan to continuously expand channels and ways of exchanges and cooperation in the field of culture and tourism between the two countries, so as to benefit the two peoples with more achievements of practical cooperation.

萨义德佐达感谢中国文化和旅游部长期以来对塔驻华使馆工作给予的支持。他强调，文化和旅游领域合作是两国关系的重要内容，对巩固两国人民友谊、促进各领域务实合作发挥着不可替代的作用。塔驻华使馆愿进一步加强与中国文化和旅游部的友好合作，共同推动中塔全面战略伙伴关系不断深入发展。

Saeed zoda expressed thanks to the Ministry of culture and tourism for its long-term support for the work of the Tajik Embassy in China. He stressed that cooperation in culture and tourism is an important part of bilateral relations and plays an irreplaceable role in consolidating friendship between the two peoples and promoting pragmatic cooperation in various fields. Tajikistan's embassy in China is willing to further strengthen friendly cooperation with China's Ministry of culture and tourism to jointly promote the continuous and in-depth development of China Tajikistan comprehensive strategic partnership.

双方就续签两国年度文化交流计划、共同做好庆祝上海合作组织成立20周年框架下有关工作、加强“丝绸之路”主题文化和旅游领域合作等问题深入交换了意见。

The two sides exchanged in-depth views on renewing the annual cultural exchange plan of the two countries, jointly doing a good job in relevant work under the framework of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and strengthening cooperation in the cultural and tourism fields under the theme of the "Silk Road".
