10月28日，金砖国家旅游高级别会议以视频形式举行，会议围绕“维护全球稳定、共同安全和创新增长的金砖国家伙伴关系”的主题，探讨新冠肺炎疫情影响下金砖国家在旅游领域的合作。会议由俄罗斯联邦旅游署署长多古佐娃主持，中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭与印度旅游部国务部长普拉哈拉德·辛格·帕特尔、南非旅游部副部长阿摩司·马赫拉勒拉及巴西高级国际关系顾问安东尼·里卡特等出席会议。

In October 28th, novel coronavirus pneumonia tourism high-level meeting was held in video format. The conference focused on the theme of "BRICs partnership" to maintain global stability, common security and innovation growth. The meeting was presided over by the director general of the Russian Federation Tourism Administration, Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China, Prahalad Singh Patel, Minister of state of the Ministry of tourism of India, Amos mahlalela, Deputy Minister of tourism of South Africa, and Antoni Ricardo, senior consultant of international relations of Brazil, attended the meeting.

张旭在发言中介绍了中国旅游业发展现状以及疫情防控常态化背景下促进旅游业恢复的措施。张旭表示，中方愿与各成员国凝聚合力，秉承平等互利、包容互鉴、合作共赢的精神，推动疫后金砖国家旅游合作高质量发展，他提出加强金砖国家旅游领域合作的几点建议，一是加强文旅融合，促进相互发展，二是加强数据和经验分享，推动务实合作，三是加强新技术在旅游业中的运用，推动创新发展。

In his speech, Zhang Xu introduced the development status of China's tourism industry and the measures to promote the recovery of tourism industry under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control. Zhang Xu said that China is willing to join forces with other Member States to promote the high-quality development of tourism cooperation among post epidemic BRICs countries in the spirit of equality and mutual benefit, inclusiveness, mutual learning and win-win cooperation. He put forward several suggestions for strengthening BRICs tourism cooperation: first, strengthen cultural and tourism integration and promote mutual development; second, strengthen data and experience sharing, promote practical cooperation; and third, strengthen cooperation The application of new technology in tourism promotes innovation and development.

与会各国代表一致认为，旅游业是创造就业、促进经济增长和社会发展的重要途径。新冠肺炎疫情给旅游业带来巨大挑战，金砖各国应继续加强沟通和合作，分享优秀实践经验，加快旅游业疫后复苏，为全球经济复苏和发展做出贡献。

Delegates from all countries agreed that tourism is an important way to create jobs, promote economic growth and social development. The novel coronavirus pneumonia poses great challenges to the tourism industry. BRICs countries should continue to strengthen communication and cooperation, share good practice experience, accelerate the post epidemic recovery of tourism industry, and contribute to the global economic recovery and development.
