乌兰托娅 蒙古族,军旅歌唱家。呼和浩特人 ,先后毕业于内蒙古艺术学院，解放军艺术学院，学习声乐表演专业。师从于著名声乐教育家孟玲教授、王翠年教授、戴国玲老师、韩艳萍老师，总参谋部军旅歌手,曾在武警内蒙古总队文工团工作，总参谋部长城艺术团，银波艺术团工作，担任独唱演员，现在文化部传统文化促进会音乐艺术委员会工作。
Ulantoya, Mongolian, military singer. From Hohhot, he graduated from Inner Mongolia Art College and PLA Art College successively, majoring in vocal music performance. He studied with Professor Meng Ling, Professor Wang cuinian, teacher Dai Guoling, teacher Han Yanping, a famous vocal educator, and a military singer of the general staff. He once worked in the art troupe of the Inner Mongolia Armed Police Corps, the Great Wall Art Troupe and Yinbo art troupe of the general staff. He served as a solo singer. Now he works in the music and Art Committee of the Traditional Culture Promotion Association of the Ministry of culture and culture.
