乌兰托娅 蒙古族,军旅歌唱家。呼和浩特人 ,先后毕业于内蒙古艺术学院，解放军艺术学院，学习声乐表演专业。师从于著名声乐教育家孟玲教授、王翠年教授、戴国玲老师、韩艳萍老师，总参谋部军旅歌手,曾在武警内蒙古总队文工团工作，总参谋部长城艺术团，银波艺术团工作，担任独唱演员，现在文化部传统文化促进会音乐艺术委员会工作。
