Brief introduction of Asian Live Broadcasting Association (Draft)
亚洲直播协会（简称“亚播协”），成立于2020年9月6日； 主管机构为世界文化艺术界联合会。
Asian Broadcasting Association (hereinafter referred to as "Asian Broadcasting Association"), established on September 6, 2020; The competent authority is the World Federation of cultural and artistic circles.
亚洲直播协会致力于亚洲文化艺术/直播领域的交流与合作，是亚洲各国文化艺术/直播领域家自愿结成的、非营利性的国际性非政府组织。
Asian live broadcasting association is committed to exchanges and cooperation in the field of culture, art and live broadcasting in Asia. It is a voluntary, non-profit international non-governmental organization in the field of culture, art and live broadcasting in Asian countries.
协会宗旨：紧密围绕联合国文化多元化发展目标，为亚洲文化艺术/直播领域多元化创新与、交流与合作搭建综合服务的平台。
Purpose of the association: closely focusing on the United Nations cultural diversity development goal, build a comprehensive service platform for diversified innovation, exchange and cooperation in the field of culture and art / live broadcasting in Asia.
协会使命：充分利用亚洲文化艺术/直播领域资源和开放的国际合作环境，开展全方位、宽领域、多层次的对外文化艺术/直播领域交流，为亚洲各国相关人员和组织提供更多更优质的服务。
Mission of the association: make full use of the resources in the field of Asian culture and art / live broadcasting and the open international cooperation environment, carry out all-round, wide-ranging and multi-level exchanges in the field of foreign culture and art / live broadcasting, and provide more and better services for relevant personnel and organizations in Asian countries.
协会遵守联合国宪章、国际法律法规以及中华人民共和国法律法规，遵守国际社会道德风尚。
The association abides by the Charter of the United Nations, international laws and regulations and the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China, and abides by the moral customs of the international community.
协会总部设在中国江苏南京；日常工作所在地：南京市中山南路89号江苏文化大厦。
The headquarters of the association is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China; Daily work location: Jiangsu culture building, No. 89, Zhongshan South Road, Nanjing.
本协会的顶层架构，由来自全国各界各地各行各业的精英人才组成，其中大部分具有硕士学位，并且具有直播领域的操作经验和良好口碑。
The top-level structure of the association is composed of elite talents from all walks of life across the country, most of whom have master's degrees, and have operational experience and good reputation in the field of live broadcasting.
随着工作的推进，协会将在中国境内和亚洲各国，扩展相关业务，发展专业性分支机构，以促进亚洲各国的文化、直播事业发展。
With the advancement of its work, the association will expand relevant businesses and develop professional branches in China and Asian countries, so as to promote the development of culture and live broadcasting in Asian countries.
本协会的业务范围：
The business scope of the association:
（一）组织开展亚洲文化艺术/直播领域的交流与合作，与亚洲各国对口的文化艺术/直播领域组织建立稳定的交流与合作关系；
（1） Organize exchanges and cooperation in the field of culture, art and live broadcasting in Asia, and establish stable exchanges and cooperation with counterpart organizations in the field of culture, art and live broadcasting in Asian countries;
（二）开展亚洲文化艺术/直播领域多元化发展的研究，向亚洲各国有关政府部门和社会组织提供开展交流与合作的政策性建议；
（2） Carry out research on the diversified development of culture and art / live broadcasting in Asia, and provide policy suggestions on exchanges and cooperation to relevant government departments and social organizations in Asian countries;
（三）受各国政府、国际组织以及联合国委托或根据行业发展需要，组织或承办国际性文化艺术/直播领域交流活动或相关会议；
（3） Entrusted by governments, international organizations and the United Nations or according to the needs of industry development, organize or undertake international exchange activities or relevant meetings in the field of culture and art / live broadcasting;
（四）组织对文化艺术/直播领域工作者的培训工作；
（4） Organize training for workers in the field of culture and art / live broadcasting;
（五）组织亚洲文化艺术/直播领域学术交流活动。
（5） Organize academic exchange activities in the field of Asian culture and art / live broadcasting.
（六）关注并收集亚洲文化艺术/直播领域成果与智慧，定期向联合国/世界文联提供相关的专业报告，并在联合国/世界文联的授权下给予国际性奖励和名誉认定。
（6） Pay attention to and collect the achievements and wisdom in the field of Asian culture and art / live broadcasting, regularly provide relevant professional reports to the United Nations / World Federation of literary and art circles, and give international awards and reputation recognition under the authorization of the United Nations / World Federation of literary and art circles.
