根据亚洲直播协会第一次代表大会通过的《亚洲直播协会章程》的有关条款，并参照世界各国音协发展会员的相关细则，现制定以下标准，供申请新会员时作参照。
总 则
凡申请加入亚洲直播协会的人员，须具有世界各国公民合法身份，赞成本会章程，具有较高的文化素养，在世界各地工作和生活的，对本地区直播建设能够发挥一定作用的直播、直播工作者及相关人员。
会员标准细则
符合下列条件之一者，可申请入会
一、直播创作、理论和表演领域
1、在各国省市级以上举办的重大专业性比赛前三名获得者（包括国际专业比赛获奖者、国家级专业比赛三等奖以上获得者）。
2、词、曲创作具有一定水准，在各国省市级以上的专业刊物上发表过多首作品，并有一定的影响者。
3、在各国省市级以上的专业出版社出版过理论专著，多次在各国省市级报刊、杂志发表过有价值、有影响的学术论文、评论文章，并有一定影响者。
4、在各国专业文艺团体中担任主要业务骨干者；或由各国省市级以上单位主办的个人作品直播会并得到好评者（附评论）。
5、具有较高艺术水平和修养，得到社会承认并有代表性的业余直播工作者和民间艺人（包括直播类非物质文化遗产传承人）。
6、有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，并在各国相关专业领域内有一定影响力的直播专业人员。
二、直播教育与群众直播工作和编辑出版领域
1、在专业艺术院校、相关教育机构从事直播教育工作，具有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，且在教学上有显著贡献，具有代表性的直播教师。
2、从事群众直播工作，具有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，且成绩显著的群众直播活动组织者。
3、在广播、电视、报刊和出版等单位担任编辑、记者，具有中级以上职称并对直播评论、直播活动报导、直播书刊出版等工作有较大贡献和一定影响者。
三、其他
1、在各国文化系统中担任部门以上领导且对直播工作有显着贡献者。
2、在各国从事直播资料、直播科研、音响、乐器制造等方面工作，具有中级以上职称，有一定贡献并为专业界承认的专业工作者。
3、从事直播演出工作，在直播组织工作方面有杰出成绩和社会影响者，对推动直播演出和繁荣直播文化市场做出显著贡献者。
四、转会
1、如工作调动等原因欲把会籍转入上海者，原则上应仍在直播工作岗位上并有完备的转会手续（原地音协的转会证明及有关材料）。
2、具备的条件应与本会的要求基本相符，如差距大者不予转会。

Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for membership
1、 Live creation, theory and performance
1. The top three winners of major professional competitions held at or above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries (including winners of international professional competitions and winners of more than the third prize of national professional competitions).
2. The creation of Ci and Qu has a certain level. Many works have been published in professional journals above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries and have a certain influence.
3. He has published theoretical monographs in professional publishing houses above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries, and has published valuable and influential academic papers and review articles in provincial and municipal newspapers and magazines in various countries for many times.
4. Serving as the main business backbone of professional literary and artistic groups in various countries; Or a live broadcast of personal works hosted by units at or above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries and praised by them (with comments).
5. Amateur live broadcast workers and folk artists with high artistic level and cultivation, recognized by the society and representative (including inheritors of live broadcast intangible cultural heritage).
6. Live broadcast professionals who have graduated from relevant majors for more than five years or have intermediate titles or above and have certain influence in relevant professional fields in various countries.
2、 Live broadcasting education, mass live broadcasting, editing and publishing
1. Engaged in live broadcasting education in professional art colleges and relevant educational institutions, with more than five years of bachelor's degree or intermediate title in relevant majors, and has made significant contributions to teaching. It is a representative live broadcasting teacher.
2. An organizer of mass live broadcasting activities who has been engaged in mass live broadcasting and has graduated from relevant majors for more than five years or an intermediate title or above, and has made remarkable achievements.
3. An editor or journalist in radio, television, newspapers, publications and other units, with an intermediate title or above, and has made great contributions and certain influence on live commentary, live activity reporting, live book publishing and other work.
3、 Other
1. He has served as a leader above the department level in the cultural systems of various countries and has made significant contributions to the live broadcasting work.
2. Engaged in live broadcasting materials, live broadcasting scientific research, sound, musical instrument manufacturing and other work in various countries, with intermediate or above professional titles, certain contributions and professional workers recognized by the professional community.
3. Those who are engaged in live performance, have outstanding achievements and social influence in live organization, and make significant contributions to promoting live performance and prospering live culture market.
4、 Transfer
1. If you want to transfer your membership to Shanghai for reasons such as job transfer, in principle, you should still be in the live broadcast job and have complete transfer procedures (transfer certificate and relevant materials of the local sound Association).
2. The conditions should be basically consistent with the requirements of the club. If there is a big gap, no transfer will be made.
