Abstract: the third presidium of the World Federation of literary and art circles held its 16th expanded meeting on January 3 in the form of network meeting. 第二点要说明的就是大家关心的我们的党支部啊，或者党委党工委的建立情况，因为建立支部或者党委都必须要经过上一级组织的批准后方可成立。鉴于此种情况，我们也成立了党员学习群，在群里学习党的路线、方针、政策，我们对我们的队伍有党员组织党员学习，这是对的啊，积极分子也可以参加，这个是我们有党员同志的，请主动报名，在办公室进我们的学习群。
