桂黔滇左右江片区红色旅游发展规划出台

广西壮族自治区文化和旅游厅联合贵州省文化和旅游厅、云南省文化和旅游厅组织编制的《广西贵州云南左右江片区红色旅游发展规划（2020—2025）》（以下简称《规划》）近日出台。《规划》涉及广西壮族自治区南宁市、百色市，贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州、黔南布依族苗族自治州及云南省文山壮族苗族自治州等9个地级市（州），共43个县（市、区）。

The red tourism development plan (2020-2025) for the left and right rivers in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou (hereinafter referred to as the plan) organized and prepared by the Department of culture and tourism of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in conjunction with the Department of culture and tourism of Guizhou Province and the Department of culture and tourism of Yunnan Province was recently issued. The plan covers 9 prefecture level cities (prefectures) including Nanning city and Baise City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Southwest Guizhou Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, South Guizhou Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, with a total of 43 counties (cities and districts).

《规划》以将左右江片区打造为集革命精神传承与发扬、红色文化交流与体验、革命文物保护与利用、革命老区振兴与发展、自然生态保护与开发于一体的国家文化公园为总体定位，确定“11234”红色旅游整体发展战略，即一个红色城市（区域性国际红色旅游城市）、一道伟人足迹（邓小平红色足迹）、两处合作样板（中越跨国红色旅游合作和桂黔滇省际红色旅游合作样板）、三大江河流域（左江生态绿、右江革命红、红水河长寿蓝）、四大旅游胜地（荔巴国际长寿养生旅游胜地、盘江国际山地文化旅游胜地、左江跨国生态山水旅游胜地、滇桂边境红色记忆旅游胜地）。

The overall orientation of the plan is to build the Zuojiang area into a national cultural park integrating the inheritance and promotion of the revolutionary spirit, the exchange and experience of red culture, the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics, the revitalization and development of old revolutionary areas, and the protection and development of natural ecology. It determines the overall development strategy of "11234" red tourism, that is, a red city (Regional International Red Tourism City) One great man's footprint (Deng Xiaoping's red footprint), two cooperation models (China Vietnam transnational red tourism cooperation and Guangxi Guizhou Yunnan inter provincial Red Tourism Cooperation Model), three major river basins (Zuojiang ecological green, Youjiang Revolutionary red, Hongshui River longevity blue), and four major tourist attractions (Liba International Longevity and health resort, Panjiang International Mountain Culture resort, Zuojiang transnational ecological landscape resort and Yunnan Guangxi border red memory resort).

《规划》期限至2025年，其中全面建设期至2023年，优化发展期为2023年至2025年。《规划》的实施将对革命老区红色文化旅游发展具有重要指导意义，有利于培育左右江片区经济社会发展新动能和特色优势支柱产业，巩固拓展左右江片区脱贫攻坚成果。（孟萍 刘瑜明 赵腾泽）
