2021年3月18日，《粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游发展规划》（以下简称《规划》）实施推进会在广州举行。会议以线上线下结合形式召开，国家发展改革委、文化和旅游部、国务院港澳办、广东省及香港、澳门特区政府相关部门、中央政府驻香港联络办、中央政府驻澳门联络办等方面代表,珠三角九市文化旅游主管部门负责人以及专家、媒体代表等参加会议。

为贯彻落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》，深化粤港澳大湾区在文化和旅游领域合作，共建人文湾区和休闲湾区，2020年12月24日，文化和旅游部、粤港澳大湾区建设领导小组办公室、广东省人民政府联合印发《粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游发展规划》。本次会议是该《规划》出台后的首次实施推进会，旨在加强各方沟通，共同推进《规划》全面落实、有效落地，推动高质量建设粤港澳大湾区，为“十四五”开好局、起好步打下坚实基础。

This meeting is the first implementation promotion meeting after the promulgation of the plan. It aims to strengthen communication among all parties, jointly promote the comprehensive implementation and effective implementation of the plan, promote the high-quality construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, and lay a solid foundation for a good start and a good step in the 14th five year plan.

会上，文化和旅游部港澳台办、国务院港澳办交流司、国家发展改革委地区司有关负责同志分别发言，强调粤港澳大湾区建设的重要意义，介绍粤港澳大湾区建设的进展情况，并对《规划》实施提出工作要求。要求粤港澳三地紧紧抓住大湾区建设重大历史机遇，以《规划》落地实施为抓手，准确把握新发展阶段，深入贯彻新发展理念，加快构建新发展格局，深化改革创新，推动文化和旅游领域规则衔接、机制对接，推动大湾区各城市优势互补，共建共享，互促发展，统筹推进粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游协调发展，高质量建设粤港澳大湾区宜居宜业宜游的优质生活圈。

广东省文化和旅游厅、香港特区政府民政事务局、康乐及文化事务署、旅游事务署、澳门特区政府经济财政司、中央政府驻香港联络办、中央政府驻澳门联络办等粤港澳三地政府文化和旅游部门代表介绍了各单位落实《规划》的工作情况和下一步工作思路及重点项目，并就推进实施《规划》的任务分工进行深入交流。会议明确，广东、香港、澳门相关部门将在粤港澳大湾区建设领导小组框架下，加强沟通协调，依托每年由粤港澳三地轮流举办的粤港澳文化合作会议、粤港澳大湾区城市旅游联合会等现有文化、旅游合作工作机制，建立《规划》推进实施工作机制和日常工作联络机制，共同推进规划实施。
