为增进中国与阿拉伯国家民心相通，促进疫情后中国与阿拉伯国家的旅游合作，由文化和旅游部与宁夏回族自治区人民政府共同主办的第五届“中国—阿拉伯国家旅行商大会（中阿休闲旅游论坛）”于2021年8月18日在宁夏银川通过线上线下结合方式举办。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭，宁夏回族自治区人民政府副主席赖蛟、政协副主席郭虎，摩洛哥旅游、手工业、航空运输与社会经济大臣纳迪娅·阿拉维，埃及旅游和文物部副部长盖达·莎拉比，突尼斯驻华大使迪亚·哈立德以及阿拉伯国家驻华使节、驻华旅游机构代表、中国旅游企业代表等各界嘉宾出席活动。

In order to enhance the people's connection between China and Arab countries and promote the tourism cooperation between China and Arab countries after the epidemic, the fifth "China Arab countries travel business conference (China Arab Leisure Tourism Forum)" co sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism and the people's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia on August 18, 2021. Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China; Lai Jiao, vice chairman of the people's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region; Guo Hu, vice chairman of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference; Nadia Allawi, Minister of tourism, handicraft industry, air transport and social economy of Morocco; GADA sharabi, vice Minister of tourism and cultural relics of Egypt; dia Khalid, Ambassador of Tunisia to China; and envoys of Arab countries to China Representatives of tourism agencies in China, representatives of Chinese tourism enterprises and other guests from all walks of life attended the event.

张旭表示，面对新冠肺炎疫情挑战，中国和阿拉伯国家风雨同舟、守望相助，坚定相互支持，开展密切合作。在旅游领域，中国与阿拉伯各国旅游主管部门将继续保持密切合作，加强政策沟通和信息交流，积极分享旅游领域应对疫情的经验和方案，努力践行习近平主席打造“中阿命运共同体”和共建“一带一路”的重要倡议。

赖蛟表示，我们愿与参会各方齐心协力、团结协作，推动探索“后疫情时代”旅游业复苏的新机制、新载体、新产品；推动资源共享、优势互补、市场联动、共促发展，形成项目共建、客源互送、信息共享、合作共赢的新格局。

Lai Jiao said that we are willing to work with all participants to promote the exploration of new mechanisms, new carriers and new products for the recovery of tourism in the "post epidemic era"; Promote resource sharing, complementary advantages, market linkage and jointly promote development, and form a new pattern of Project Co construction, mutual delivery of tourists, information sharing and win-win cooperation.

纳迪娅·阿拉维表示，本次大会为我们探讨新形势下如何发展旅游业特别是开发阿拉伯国家的旅游资源提供了契机，也为中阿加强沟通机制，打造更加强劲、可持续和坚韧的旅游经济提供了良机。

Nadia Allawi said that this conference provides an opportunity for us to explore how to develop tourism under the new situation, especially the tourism resources of Arab countries, and also provides a good opportunity for China and Arab countries to strengthen communication mechanism and build a stronger, sustainable and tenacious tourism economy.

中阿旅行商大会是中国—阿拉伯国家博览会框架下重要合作内容，已成功举办四届，成为促进中阿旅游交流与合作的重要平台。本届大会以深化旅游合作，共建“一带一路”为主题，包括中阿休闲旅游论坛和旅游产业投融资大会等活动，旨在为中阿旅游业共克时艰提供趋势研判，带动疫情后中阿旅游业复苏与发展。

As an important cooperation content under the framework of China Arab countries Expo, the China Arab traveling merchants conference has been successfully held for four times and has become an important platform for promoting China Arab tourism exchanges and cooperation. This session focuses on one of the "one belt, one road" theme, including Sino Arab leisure tourism forum and tourism industry investment and Financing Conference. It aims to provide a trend for the Arab China tourism industry to overcome difficulties and to promote the recovery and development of the Sino Arab tourism industry after the outbreak.
