出生于四川荣县，地处四川盆地南部，属自贡市管辖。

Born in Rongxian County, Sichuan Province, located in the south of Sichuan Basin, it is under the jurisdiction of Zigong City.

宋金奇出道三十年、学习川剧，话剧，主攻正生、主演《长生殿》、《三击掌》、《宝莲灯》、《杨宗保招亲》等，其间参演七十多部电视剧，电影、与资深影视人、为观众留下良好印象，与资深影视人王劲松三度合作、参与柳云龙《风筝》电视剧，剧中饰演、温老板、同时与著名导演，戈戈合作出演电视剧、《密战无声》在剧中、主演，张谦、合作明星艺人、卢奇、姚居德、富大龙、高洋，赵丽颖，张檬，黄少祺、袁姗姗、傅颖、王耀辉、齐欢、孙兵、王劲松，柳云龙。

Song Jinqi has been in Sichuan Opera and drama for 30 years. He mainly focuses on Zhengsheng, starring in Changsheng palace, three high fives, baoliandeng, and Yang Zongbao's marriage. During his career, he has participated in more than 70 TV dramas. 2021年4月28日，宋金奇在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On April 28, 2021, song Jinqi won the first prize in the selection of "one star of the day" in the list of world cultural artists.

7月6日，宋金奇第二次荣登榜首，成为人气最高的艺术家。

On July 6, song Jinqi topped the list for the second time, becoming the most popular artist.
