华浩亮，艺名：天亮，男，汉族，1957年1月出生于上海，祖籍江苏江阴市。研究生学历，曾毕业于空军电讯工程学院、中国人民公安大学、中央党校。1976年应征入伍于广州军区空军司令部，曾任学员、工程师、空军航空兵第四十二师、空军航空兵第二十六师，团、师司令部参谋、技术主任、所长。参加过对越自卫反击战，1996年6月转业至苏州市公安局，曾供职于平江公安分局、市公安局特警支队，警察博物馆，市公安局办公室。

Hua Haoliang, stage name: Tianliang, male, Han nationality, was born in Shanghai in January 1957, and his ancestral home is Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from the air force Telecommunication Engineering College, the people's Public Security University of China and the Central Party school. In 1976, he enlisted in the air force command of Guangzhou Military Region. He was a student, engineer, 42nd division of air force, 26th division of air force, staff officer, technical director and director of regiment and division headquarters. 自幼学书画四十余载，寒暑不辍，上追魏、晋，遍历汉、唐碑帖，楷、行、草、隶、篆皆熟，尤擅长行、草、画，曾拜田英章、王学龄、张继、高林、腾达、徐德仁等为师。作品多次参加大型及全国书画展并获奖，也多次被单位及个人收藏。现为二级警长，一级警督。中国艺术教育联盟副主席、中国书画名家理事会理事、中国书画名家理事会江苏分会秘书长兼苏州分会会长、中国教育学会会员、中国文化管理协会会员、全国公安文学艺术联合会会员、中国传统书画艺术研究院院士、中国将军部长书画院研究员、苏州市甲骨文协会会员、天亮书院院长、国家级书法家。
