据中国政府网消息，近日，国务院发布通知称，国务院批准文化和旅游部确定的第五批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录(共计185项)和国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录扩展项目名录(共计140项)，现予公布。

According to a notice issued by the State Council recently, the list of the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects (185 items in total) and the expanded list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects (140 items in total) approved by the Ministry of culture and tourism are now announced.

其中，柳州螺蛳粉制作技艺、沙县小吃制作技艺、桂林米粉制作工艺等上榜第五批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。

Among them, Liuzhou snail powder production technology, Shaxian snack production technology, Guilin rice noodle production technology and other representative projects on the list of the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
