祝恩霜，美术家，国家25期飞行员，鞍山市公安局干警，辽宁省劳模。

Zhu enshuang is an artist, a pilot of the 25th national phase, a policeman of Anshan Public Security Bureau, and a model worker of Liaoning Province.

现鞍山铁东公安分局工作，墨龙书画苑，牧云斋主人，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》书画院签约画家。中国文人书画家协会会员，北京国艺术画院理事，省市美术家、书法家协会会员。他是国家25期飞行员同航天英雄杨利伟是战友。

At present, he works in Tiedong Public Security Bureau of Anshan. He is the owner of Mo long painting and calligraphy garden and mu Yunzhai. He is a contract painter of ink painting and Calligraphy Academy of China Education TV station. He is a member of Chinese literati calligraphers and Painters Association, director of Beijing National Academy of art and painting, and a member of provincial and municipal artists and Calligraphers Association. He is a pilot of the 25th National Aviation program and a comrade in arms with aerospace hero Yang Liwei.

央视主持人朱迅称他是：“ 央视舞台上边唱边画绝活才艺表演第一人”。

主要成就：

Main achievements:

85年在交警岗位上，奋不顾身，舍命勇拦惊马，救助处于危险的群众，被惊马拖拽100多米，身负重伤，避免一起重大恶性交通事故！被辽宁省政府授予省劳模、爱民模范！

In 1985, in the post of traffic police, he bravely stopped the startled horse and rescued the people in danger. He was dragged more than 100 meters by the startled horse and was seriously injured, so as to avoid a serious traffic accident! Liaoning Provincial Government awarded the provincial labor model, love the people model!

近年来累计六次登台央视及港澳台舞台，荣登央视《幸福账单为你买单》、《综艺盛典》、《星光大道》、《回声嘹亮》等具有一定影响力的栏目展示“边唱边画”艺术，立志将中国国画艺术传播光大，使之走出国门。

In recent years, he has been on the stage of CCTV and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for six times. He has been honored in CCTV's "happy bill pays for you", "variety show", "Avenue of stars", "loud echo" and other influential columns to show the art of "painting while singing". He is determined to spread the art of Chinese painting abroad.

书画作品及表演艺术得到央视著名主持人朱迅的好评：“书画伴歌声，才艺颂中华”。作品《祖国雄鸡》，《大吉大利》等陆续被航天英雄杨利伟战友、全国总工会副主席郭明义、影视明星于月仙、赵宝乐、已故评书大师单田芳、香港著名影星温兆伦等收藏。其作品也被社会各界人士及海外友人一致认可并收藏。现其书画作品已被中国邮票公司出版发行个性化邮票纪念册，极具收藏价值。

Painting and calligraphy works and performing arts are praised by Zhu Xun, a famous host of CCTV: "painting and calligraphy with singing, talent praises China". His works "the rooster of the motherland" and "good luck" have been collected by Yang Liwei, a space hero, Guo Mingyi, vice chairman of the all China Federation of trade unions, Yu Yuexian, Zhao Baole, the late storyteller Shan Tianfang, and Wen zhaolun, a famous Hong Kong film star. His works are also recognized and collected by people from all walks of life and overseas friends. Now his calligraphy and painting works have been published by China stamp company, which is of great collection value.

2018年10月前往中国武警总队进行边唱边画慰问演出。

2019年5月4日应邀到北京钓鱼台参加大型五四青年节系列活动。

2019年6月3日应邀出席央视《丹青中国.第三届翰墨群英端午书画雅集音乐会》。

On June 3, 2019, he was invited to attend CCTV's "Danqing China. The third calligraphy and painting concert of the Dragon Boat Festival".

2021年3月4日，在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On March 4, 2021, he won the first prize in the selection of "star of the day" in the world cultural artists list.
