2月4日，2021年“欢乐春节”全球启动仪式暨《大话春节》大型融媒体活动开幕式在北京天桥艺术中心举行，文化和旅游部部长胡和平、中央广播电视总台台长慎海雄分别以视频方式致辞，共同启动2021年“欢乐春节”全球活动。

胡和平在致辞中表示，近年来，“欢乐春节”活动的足迹遍布世界多个国家和地区，成为中国和全世界朋友共贺传统佳节、共享中国文化、共度美好时光的平台。过去的一年，即使受到新冠肺炎疫情影响，中国与世界各国的文化交流和人文往来也从未中断，各种跨国、跨地区的线上文化和旅游交流活动异彩纷呈。2021年“欢乐春节”活动将主要通过线上方式与全球观众见面，把祥和的节日氛围、新年的祈福祝愿带到世界更多的地方。文明互鉴是构建人类命运共同体的人文基础，是增进世界各国人民友谊的桥梁纽带，是推动人类文明进步和世界和平发展的重要动力。希望“欢乐春节”活动能进一步推动国际文化和旅游交流，为深化各国间友谊作出新的努力。

慎海雄在致辞中表示，透过春节这样一个窗口，我们不仅能够感受到五千年文明兼容并蓄、生生不息的生命力，更能够感受到人类文明共通的情感和共有的价值追求——祈求健康、追求幸福、共襄和平。希望通过“欢乐春节”活动，向世界人民传递良好的祝愿，增进国际社会对中国的了解，架起中外文化沟通交流的友谊之桥。也希望通过中国优秀文化产品，让世界各国更深刻地意识到，人类命运共同体的理念不仅仅是一种价值指向，更是一种现实选择、迫切呼唤。

启动仪式上，中国歌剧舞剧院、中央民族乐团、中华龙韵功夫团和来自美国、喀麦隆、乌克兰等国的艺术家联袂带来打击乐与舞蹈《龙腾鼓韵》以及一场以“家和万事兴”为主题、以“四季”为线索的音乐会，向全球观众送上春节祝福。据悉，2021年“欢乐春节”活动将通过线上方式，展示富含春节特色、体现中华文化内涵的民俗和非遗活动，丰富多彩的文化和旅游体验活动，以及中外名家荟萃的精品文艺演出，全球观众足不出户即可感受中国春节的浓浓年味。同时，自2月16日（正月初五）起，由中国对外文化集团有限公司和央视频联合制作的《大话春节》大型融媒体活动将连续开展10期直播，选取10座特色鲜明的中国城市，探索发现各地的多样年俗和丰富年味。中外文化交流中心联合多家单位策划推出“云”演出、“云”展览、交互体验、网络直播等多语种春节主题线上文旅产品。

The global audience can feel the strong flavor of the Chinese Spring Festival without leaving home. At the same time, from February 16 (the fifth day of the first month), the large-scale media activity of Dahua Spring Festival, jointly produced by China International Culture Group Co., Ltd. and CCTV, will be broadcast continuously for 10 times. Ten distinctive Chinese cities will be selected to explore and discover the diverse customs and rich flavor of the year. The Sino foreign cultural exchange center plans to launch online cultural tourism products with the theme of "cloud" performance, "cloud" exhibition, interactive experience, network live broadcast, etc.
